Great budget hotel. Spacious rooms with clean sheets, power supply constant and very polite staff. Hot water available for bathing and ice cold AC. Food is good; I really enjoyed the poundo with ogbono. However they could do with some maintenance , and the lighting in the room I stayed was rather poor.In all Ill say it was a nice experience, compared to other overpriced hotels in the area. I will surely go back there whenever in Lagos.

Our home suite hotel is located at no 70 Allen avenue in Ikeja local government area of Lagos State. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Ikeja and offers secured accommodation at an affordable price despite the rating of the location where the hotel is situated. The hotel is so lively at night as there are no dull moment.

Reception on arrival was good.Old window unit air conditioner very noisy.Water heater not functional.So I had to request for hot water to be given to me from room service.Towel wasnt given to me because they washed all of them and non was available .This is very poor of a hotel .They seriously need an upgrade.Doubt Ill come here again.

A very quiet building located in an almost hidden and peaceful Street along Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.

Was close to the road and conveniently located for my business. Staff were hospitable and welcoming. Food ordered arrived on time and was delicious. However, some renovation should be done.

This is a total waste of money, you call for complimentary breakfast, they tell you bread has finished, that theyve gone to purchase another. They delay and tell you the time for breakfast has passed. Scam

Hotel rooms are good and their prices are moderate as well.

The reception is choked and opens into a bar which is just fair. The passage to which the rooms open on the 2nd floor is not very tidy - used plates on the floor for long periods. Room is just fair with dirty blinds and fittings in the bathroom not well kept. Parking could be a problem if there are many guests with vehicles because of small parking space and a narrow access road from the main road.

The hotel has prospects but lacks management and maintenance. First, the facilities are old and poorly maintained, the old window unit AC was noisy and has broken controls, the curtains were dirty, the beddings too are old, the sheets and duvet had stains, I was irritated and couldnt lay on it. the bedside refrigerator was dirty, rusty and I couldnt put anything in it. The bathroom was unkept and I couldnt dare take a shower. The couch and table looks good so I slept on the couch, the rooms are spacious and the Wi-Fi internet was manageable, I was able to do some work with it. The hotel needs a makeover.

I was looking for a half star for the rating because my experience with the hotel was nothing to write home about. The half star was for the food(egusi & semo). Old and dirty environment from the entrance, in the room I paid 12k for, the bedsheet was itchy the toilet was dirty, dirty cubweb in every of the cupboards, saw cockroaches, while bathing, the water does not flow out quickly so you are standing in the pool of your own dirt, dirty bathroom curtain, old chair, dusty curtains.. the other half of the star is for the WiFi that is the only thing I enjoyed to the fullest. I used room 104
