Tight parking within the facility. If you probably didnt call or book ahead , you may not get a room and it definitely doesnt look like a 90 bed facility as advertised. Furthermore, they need to inform hotels.ng that the rates pasted about them on their platform is false as what you get when you come for a room is way different. I recommended it to some people and had to chew my words later.

I do think this is a nice hotel however considering the price, one would probably expect a little attention to some details. During my stay, I enjoyed the warm environment, employees were nice, welcoming and willing to assist in ways they could. The downside to this hotel is that some of the rooms just needs a few changes and in-depth cleaning. Curtain needs to be changed and washed, cleaning shouldn’t be just limited to mopping and changing of bed linens but must include dusting of the room at least after every customers stay. I didn’t necessarily encounter any issue other than the water leakage from the restroom. I will suggest a few wall decor and good lighting in the rooms, it helps improve the room. Other than that, my stay was wonderful here, will recommend as well

Not the best of places to stay. For the neighborhood, its okay. But if you looking for value for your money, this is surely not the place.1. The rooms are too pricey in comparison to other (better) hotels around.2.The rooms are all poorly lit.3. All the bathrooms need renovations as there is a foul smell that would fill the room if you leave the door open.4. The sheets arent clean. I had to complain severally in all may stays. ​And you get only one towel even if you are 2 adults!5. The meals are below standard and over priced: eating 3 meals (one person) would almost equal the amount you paid for the room. Cheapest meal is 3k6. The staff are poorly trained and hardly helpful.I have had these experiences over the cause of up to 5 stays at the hotel, and it is surely a never-again for me.

The cozy rooms but unnecessarily expensive food. And the price you see online is not the price you get when you go to book.

Hotel facilities are to be upgraded, service all machine, make your rooms good looking and smelling nice, also make your reception center welcoming no matter how small the hotel is. Been here twice and love what theyre doing in their small world 🌍 you need to try it ☺️ youll love it there

This hotel have excellent facilities and room services. Their food is delicious 😁 i love food u know. From the popular ojodu badger is just 6 minutes drive to this hotel.

The staff are well coordinate, neat and the environment is calm and 24hrs electricity is guarantee

This place is old but GOOD.

This place used to be awesome. Rooms are beginning to have the wear and tear . My Room had a stale smell and when I complained, a locally made air freshner was sprayed which further choked me and made room unbearable. Beddings had stains. Bed side lamps not working, table lamp not working.

Ellis is a very good hotel. Well carved out and serene. I can recommend them as at today and I hope I can still say that in the future.

Their service was average from my experience. Rooms were poorly lit with water leaking nonstop in the bathroom.

Small hotel but beautiful interior.

Had an amazing experience during my 12 day stay at the hotel. Courteous and smiling staff (always asking if I had any requests), electricity was excellent all through as there is a standby-generator.Very quiet environment also and the hotel is easily accessible to all parts of Lagos.The complimentary breakfast is amazing, as well as food ordered from the kitchen. Totally satisfactory quality wise.A few negatives though, they could make the Bathrooms more homely (as some mold was observed in the shower (which I asked them to scrub off) and then the shower glass door should be washed better by housekeepers, as well as some coloring on the bathroom ceiling which could do with a makeover.Asides this, customers will definitely have a good stay there and the staff are willing to make adjustments if something bad is observed.

Great place considering the location, not many good hotels around there especially in terms of building structure. It has good security and not open to any kind of persons at least it looks like that. The bar doesnt have a lot of variety sometimes but is moderately good and you can chill out there if youre in the neighbourhood.

Worst hotel ever. Worst customer service ever. If you like yourself, don’t even mistakenly branch their hotel. They are the worst no doubt. Their workers are very rude, their management is the worst.

Ellis Suites is home away from home. Good customer service, rooms aint bad. The environment isnt bad either.

Bathroom needs renovation. Food is slightly expensive. Free breakfast in the morning but only for one guest. Towels were ripped and old. Bedsheets too look old. Customer services however was great hence the 2 stars.

Not the best stay. It was noisy and rowdy all night. Towels and beddings are old and need to be changed. There are unstated costs in the menu and the complimentary breakfast is a joke and not as advertised. Customer service tries to make up for it but staff can barely explain reasons for variance in costs and adverts.

Loved they place. Really enjoyed my stay there. There was power outage as the two mikano failed at once, but it was resolved quickly and we were compensated for the few hours there was no power supply.
