The menu on the table was not same price as the hotel,the manager was very rude addressing us as customers,we were calm but her approach was so rude

I had a beautiful experience while in Toprano Hotel. Apart from enjoying a very relaxing room, I was thrilled with several entertaining sessions in the hotels swimming pool bar. For the 4 nights, I particularly savoured their catfish barbecue, ISIEWU and Shawarma. I will make Toprano my constant destination.

The staff was friendly and willing to help and the room was clean. But it was noisy , because of the proximity to the bar and outside noise. And the room was pretty basic. The bed was kind of hard with no pillow top, and the decor was a bit drab.

Last time I was here, it was roach infested. Full blown cockroaches everywhere. Their kitchen staffs were showing attitudes. The bathroom curtain was stained with blood probably from one of the previous room guests. The rooms needs serious fumigations and the beds needs to be properly adjusted. Every other thing is fine from the building structure to the parking, security and all that, except the afore listed

The place is nice if you are on a budget . They provide food at a fee. My husband and I never et the same same room so I was hoping this issue would be different . its nice because of the location. its close to the airport, you know Lagos traffic is bad!!The place is full of roaches and I dont like it. I have been there twice thinking the second time would change but it was even worse. NEVER AGAIN

Stayed here with my wife before returning to the US at the end of October 2020. My wife enjoyed the similarity amenities she is accustomed to in Texas.The room service could be improved. The kitchen was out of certain menu items.We often went out to shoprite for food. Overall my wife enjoyed her stay at Toprano which is all that matters to me.

Very Poor service, gave them the benefit of doubt and visited for a second time, but got disappointed again, the fish on two occasions was a mess, taste unfresh, served cold and the attendants are always very non challant, they need to do better..

Rooms were top notch and every thing was in order. The best hotel Ive used around ikeja so far.

The hotel renders top notch services. Gosh, the rooms, the bed, ventilation, hygiene, bathroom and everything you need all the best you could get. I indeed recommend the place and would love to go there over and over again... So comfy!

Its a decent hotel with comfortable and neat rooms. However, the staff need to work on being more hospitable and responsive.

Extremely neat hotel. The bed has a topper which makes it so comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen has the most delicious catfish peppersoup. Beautiful hotel. The owner surely knows the business and staff are clearly well trained.

You may be seeing the outfit of Toprano Hotel in a different looking, but you need to go inside and see the beauty. Workers are lovely and accommodative. I really enjoy my stay with hubby during this passed Valentine.

Toprano Hotel is a really nice place to stay in Ikeja. Its not far from the airport. Not far from Ikeja mall. Not too far from everywhere. If youre intending to spend some time in Lagos and probably visit alot of places in Lagos, then this Hotel is your best shot. I love their interior decoration, God! They even have AC in the lobby. Yes! You read correctly! Lol. The standard rooms are a bit small. I guess they have bigger ones. Theres always light. When NEPA does their thing, the generator always kicks in immediately. They have a bar. I dont drink, so no experience. The staff are friendly and easy to interact with. Theres always hot water in the bathroom. The shower and other bathroom gears are modern and top notch. If I ever need to stop by Ikeja for any reason, Toprano will be the place.

My stay was good but I was disappointed seeing cockroaches coming out of the painting behind the wall paper and the wall paper was even torn, and the cook in the kitchen last night really needs to improve, the peppered turkey was extremely dry and salty.

Home away from home

This is a low budget hotel at the heart of Ikeja. It is off Allen Avenue and see few Kilometers from Local and international airport.

Nice amd clean accommodations. Rooms are small however are fitted with brand new ac, fans and tvs. Food served at their restaurant is tasty and the staff are friendly and professional.

Not so bad, its a hotel that can be afforded by the low class as its not so expensive.

Theres nothing good about this place. The rooms are too small. I managed to stay a night in the King Suit Room which happens to be the largest room. I hit my led on the metal bed feame because theres no space to move around. Cockroach in the bathroom and the water not flowing well. The wifi is not working. The wall paints look so dull and depressing. I score this place zero out of 5 but to allow me to post i will give 1 star and i wont recommend this hotel for any one unless the management improves on a lot of things.
