Food from the kitchen is good. However, the rooms are stifling and corridors smells stale and needs improvement on the cleaning and air circulation and fragrance. General maintenance is advised. Pocket friendly all the same. Staffs are however, friendly and cool.

Easy access to the airport. That works perfectly well fir my trip. Also, the facility is clean and secured and affordable.

De Next Center Resort rooms are quite affordable.Welcoming staffs and readily available to hear you out.24/7 electricity supply..... Rooms are clean.The restaurant delivered well......but no spacious parking space.De Next Center also has a great event hall with beautiful ambience at Ajao Estate.

Well, I didnt stay too much long at d resort. Just went to drop off someone.

De Next Centre is a very cool hotel with an event hall.The rooms are quite affordable with good toilet and bathroom facilities. The room cooling system is okay too.The event hall is also one of the most affordable in Ajao estate.But there is no parking space, most vehicles for events park outside the compound.

This is the worse hotel to stay in lagos. Was there for 3 nights. Power and water were hard to come by. Worse of all on my last day the hotel was deserted with only the security guys around.....pathetic. wont recommend to anyone.

The AC units in the event space were fully functional that we were practically freezing and had to turn some off.

Went there for an event, the hall is OK but no decent parking except on the street though secured . They also have a relatively good accommodation
