Please don’t go here, it is a nightmare.I took my ill father here today as we missed our flight and I explained to them that we needed him to be both stable and comfortable until our flight tomorrow. They promised they were capable of doing this.We simply needed a water and glucose based drip and I told them so. They put the drip and less that an hour after we settled in, the light went off and everywhere became HOT AS HELL.I went to inquire what the problem was and was told there was no diesel. This was surprising to me because what is comfort in heat, especially for an ill patient?This lights out continued for another 2hrs and at this point, my father could barely breathe because the heat in this place tripled his ordeal.They put on the generator and 15mins after, it went off. Their excuse was that they didn’t have diesel.I continued manually fanning my father who was sweating profusely and literally crying.I asked them for a refund of payment made but they wouldn’t issue a refund. They called their HR person who I overheard on the phone saying ‘they should go back and sit down, that’s not how things are done, what kind of nonsense is that?’At this point, a Taxify driver was waiting outside and just as we were bringing my father out of the hospital, electricity was restored.The front desk person said we had to go back in. I told them they would not force us to remain there suffering. If it was this way in the afternoon, imagine what the situation would be at night?My father was so uncomfortable, so agitated that he pulled the needle for the drip off his hands because he couldn’t get away from there any faster.They will receive a letter from our lawyer on Monday and see me in court if they do not refund my money.They have the most unprofessional staff ever. When I made a suggestion to the doctor regarding the timing for the drip, the nurse on duty asked me shut up and allow the doctor so his job. This was really upsetting because they didn’t know my dad’s medical history, didn’t know what he had taken already, yet this nurse felt the need to shut me up for offering a suggestion.I found this hospital right here on google maps because the one we went to (Genesis Specialist Hospital) has no more rooms for patients.It was a horrible, horrible decision. The one star you see here is simply because there are no options for zero stars. Going here WILL worsen your predicament.We are currently in a hotel and thankfully my father is stable. Putting a patient in a hotel is safer that taking them to this hospital.

If youve actually been there on a Sunday at say 10:30 AM, youll find it is more of an abandoned workshop and less of an actual hospital
