Well, Blue Cross Hospital has been my best choice ever since I moved to Ogba 5years ago. However, the workers ( Nurses) can improve their approach ( attitude) towards existing and new patients.

They have never been swift in attending to patient in this hospital. Its either the doctor just left or the nurse is busy. Not once, not twice....same story always. Staff with lackadaisical attitudes.Doubt if they have a functional management

I have been here several times and the queue management is so poor. You can end up waiting for 6hours if you are not on your feet

They are good and they have competent hands. They dont take chances. I have been using the hospital for the past eight years. I see improvement in their services every time I visit.

Apart from the time it will take you to see the Doctor and some rude and non challan attitude from few nurses and receptionist, I think they are on the average, They have a lot of young Doctors and Nurses. Always ask for Doc Bash, Nurse Mercy, Nero and Osas, especially Nurse Mercy and Nero. two little Angel sent from heaven, they truly care.

Good location and neat environment

My wife and I went their for a blood test and the cashier, nurses hissed, ad showed all mannerism of hooliganism not only to us but to everyone present their. Spent more than 3hours to be attended to for a vitals. Precisely 8:00am October 27th, 2020.Disrespect of Patients, lack of empathy, no Humanity, display of arrogance and rudeness is the show of the day.I will suggest a completely overhaul of the medical staff and also to encourage human interactions seminar for future sake.I wish them all the best in their future endeavor.

Do you give epidural at blue Cross?

Is a wonderful place to be,not at ur first visit u believe all is bad.

A very good hospital, the doctors are good, the nurses are good, they have state of the art-equipment for diagnosis.

I was privileged to be at at Blue Cross but later referred to rhematology in LASUTH l couldnt help but admire the smartness and professionalism with which the housekeeping staffs at Blue Cross carry out their duties. Kudos!

Interesting place to be i have been there..........

I WAS HERE PRECISELY SEPT 8, 2018. THE VERY FIRST TIME.... I NEVER WENT BACK!!! VERY POOR RECEPTION..... THE LADY TO BOOK ME FOR X-RAY FOR THE NEXT DAY REFUSED....! THAT WAS AFTER I HAD SEEN THE DOCTOR! SHE SAID IT WAS ALREADY 4PM AND ON A FRIDAY!! I WILL HAVE TO COME BACK ON MONDAY!!! I WAS TOO SHOCKED TO UTTER A WORD TO HER! I HAVE SINCE MOVED ON!!

A place to consider when affordable healthcare services is needed. The hospital is situated along a major and very popular road which makes it easily accessible and can be sighted whilst driving by.

Good hospital situated at a popular location in ikeja. i have known that hospital for a long time..i think they are upgrading gradually, but their front desk staff and nurses should be more polite and presentable to clients..they should be sent for training.

Terrible place to be!!!!! Waste of time to attend to you. The staff was so poor in service even the doctor! NEVER!!! BLUE CROSS A TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I cant even type too much but the entire service was a regret!!! They deserve a minus 100 star. Useless PLACE!

Blue Cross Hospital is a shadow of itsself. Be ready to waste a minimum of 3hours just sitting down before you are able to see the doctor. Yes, I know they have some very good doctors like Dr Bashola especially and some 2 other female doctors but the time wastage at the hospital is very pathetic. My son visited the hospital today 22nd September at 2pm but only got to see the doctor at 5pm!!!Time wastage is a recurrent trend at Blue CrossI am done with Blue Cross.

Very good hospital, excellent services, polite staff. Was in Lagos for two weeks and was admitted there, no regrets.

An excellent hospital, that you had one bad event doesnt make it bad,a good place to be.They re upgrading and doing their best to satisfy their clients.

A very very very terrible place to be ..... they do not know what they are doing, they seem confused. Customer service is very poor. Their nurses are unapproachable especially Grandma (I don’t know are name that’s what they call her). I won’t even pray for my enemy to be here because that would be so inhuman.

I work here, its one of the best hospitals in Ikeja/omole/ọgbà axis, dont hesitate to come to our hospital for a comprehensive check, you wont regret it!!!!

Nice set of People doctor and nurses

....subpar! A hospital that doesnt pay its doctors ( and other staff of the hospital also) , it stands to reason the kind of treatment the patients would receive, go figure
