A well planned luxurious estate for the high and mighty in the society. Unfortunately, the light is WACK. It would have scored a 100 if they had 24/7 electricity and other basic amenities but NO. All they have is good security system and fine houses. Nothing more, nothing less.

Cool place to leave in

Very close to the airport... Not far from Lagos State University teaching Hospitals (LASUTH).traffic can be crazy around here, but the government is doing everything possible to make the traffic reduce.The estate is a beautiful location for those who would want to be jetting out of the country frequently... And also give access to getting out of the State through Ogun state via ìyànà Ipaja et al.

Secure quiet and organised..

Good location but you will be rewarded with a lot of noise. Its about 50 metres away from an important express way and about 200 metres close to the airport. Sound pollution from the expressway and airplanes is a given. Its an excellent location if you can make do with the noise.

A secured residential estate, you must have an appointment with the resident before you can gain access into the premises.

If not for anything, the house I stayed at in this estate is now such a home to me. The owner was so receptive and hospitable.

A secured and neat estate in the heart of ikeja, Lagos close to the lagos -abeokuta expressway. It is about a minute drive to the local airport and about five to ten minutes to the international airport. It has a cool and serene environment with ample spaces. It is a strictly residential estate with several well planned and beautiful buildings. The security men are well trained and mannered. You will be quizzed before gaining access and asked to call who you are looking for. I recommend this estate .

Minimah estate is a small estate well managed and very secured. If you have to go to minimah estate, be sure that your host drops your details at the gate and if not, your host must be available when you get there to call them up so that you can be granted access.
