Very residential and serene.

It has a Serene and neat environment, a playground for children and beautiful houses. It doesnt have enough space for car park and as a result, the estate looks tight or choked. The residents are nice people.

This is another peaceful estate, I think its one of the estate built under the military regime of Buba Marwa as the governor of Lagos State. No small in size, arranged in blocks for easy identification. The estate is neat and t&e security okay as well. It has a public primary school in it.
