Quite a good hall with proper lightning facilities (back up diesel generator and good electricity. Although the generator was on all through) Theres a dedicated space for the restroom also.

It is a cool event center. It is spacious which is one of the key things i look out for in an event hall. The hall was well air conditioned as at the time i was there for an in-laws wedding. The hall also contained proper lighting and decorations making it beautiful. I also love their staffs service, they were really observant and always ready to attend to anyone even kids. My overall experience was memorable.

It was a nice and decent event center, the Restroom is Clean (Male section): but the Facility Manager need to work on the Ceiling Tiles, to avoid fallen off.

Neat and well kept, the rest room is clean

The hall is very okay, but the toilets were really messed up.

Regency hall is in a serene part of the city. Quiet and you can easily catch your breath. Great for church services and events.

Parking space and hall space were relatively small. I didnt use the restroom so I dont have anything on it.

The hall fits for any function from large to medium. The newly installed Air conditioner is superb. The ambience was nice and the environment is clean, and calm but the parking space is very small.

Clean toilet. Big enough for 100-150 guest. Air conditioning system wasnt cool enough, supported by standing fans. Conducive environment. Not easy to locate if you din not know your way but there are signage that directs you to the center if paying close attention to your environment on the go.

The location is very accessible. Its a couple if minutes drive from Berger. Nice parking space but maybe cant serve if everyone who attended the event cant with cars. Hall has good capacity. If I remember correctly, there were cleaners on standby for both the hall and the convenience.

I like the quiet location of this hall. Its easy to access and activities in the hall doesnt impact traffic around the area as is the case with most halls in Lagos that are built without consideration of traffic impact to the neighborhood.Regency is a well managed event centre that has been around for quite a while. It has a reasonable parking space for guests. The main hall has a gallery and it is well finished and decorated for all kinds of events from wedding receptions to corporate activities and entertainment events.

Agree is a very nice experience

The hall is large and is fitted with a good number of air conditioning units. However, the parking space within the compound is small.There are restrooms in the building and in the compound not far from the security post.Comfortable options for transport to and from the location are private vehicle and taxi.

Its a large and spacious hall, very good for weddings and parties. Not the most fancy or luxurious hall but its very nice. The facilities are well kept as well and the location is easy to get to

A nice place for event

One good attribute about Regency Hall is the space, its massive. Good for functions whether big, medium or small and sweetable for conference meetings. Car park available at minimal.

Cozy event hall but the downside is that theres no parking space, hence touts latch on that to exploit guests.

Nice sized hall. Fair sized parking space for about 10-15 cars depending how squeezed in they can get. The gents was a below average set up. But it has a good location and on street parking.

Regency hall is well known to be a very good place to host a wedding or other events. Theres decent parking space in the parking lot and outside, its quite accessible. Theres also enough space for caterers.

My honest review based on my experience with them. They have a very poor customer service...we paid for a service that wasn’t rendered, approached the mgt for a refund only for one Yvonne to tell us that she has no business with us. So who keeps y’all in business? I’m still shocked

Crazily cold AC, some decent organisation with ample parking space.

The hall was bigger than I thought, fully air conditioned, the temperature in the hall was low through out the event of over 700 guest, it was a great experience.But their parking space is too small, vehicles were parked outside, they were really obstructing the traffic, the touts in the area werent making it easy either, extorting people to pay before parking their cars, asides this difficulties its an awesome hall to use.

Compared to halls Ive been to, Regency Ill give a 3 star rating, because its just ok, its beautiful no doubt, but it needs renovation, and management should be looked into
