A decent place to hold your events. They have halls of varying capacities, depending on your need. The parking space for cars is not spacious enough though.

Its an amazing event house with large halls for weddings, training, concerts etc. Their staff are wonderful. Hospitality is top notch.

The venue had little to almost no parking space. One would have to park outside or pay-to-park; The facility/event manager (fair lady) is quite understanding but policed; and the guards need more customer service training.However, the halls are good and tidy 5⭐

The halls arent big enough for a large event. they are basically sufficient for small events. there is however adequate parking if you come early

NECA house; ACs work, Restroom was clean, Hall is good to go. But I dont think there is enough parking space. Last I was there

It was a spacious hall, but not enough parking space and fans need to be added to the hall and entrance to the hall as the midday heat overwhelms the A/C capacity

The building is well maintained and has about 90% occupancy rate. Parking lot is generously provided and theres alternative power supply option.There is ease of accessibility and consideration was made for the disabled people to gain entrance.

Beautiful event center located along Hakeem Balogun way alausa. The hall is spacious but no adequate parking space inside the building.

Harrowing experience. Poor parking spaces, I was made to park my car outside the event centre Hall is stuffy, AC isnt cooling very well. Inadequate crowd control.How I wish proper arrangement will be made for parking.

2021 Lagos Comic Con event was crowded! No social distancing and the air conditioning wasnt effective enough.

Fortunately it was quite easy to locate with Google maps. The name was very visible on the building so it was easy to spot out from a distance away. Parking space is very limited. We were informed that we could park in the next compound but that was full as well so ended up parking on the street. Its ok for a small crowd of 100 to 300 but above that and even the seating area will be a problem.

Its a good place for events. With beautiful walls, wheelchair access, exit doors, toilets by the left and right wings, etc.It is also very accessible, can not be missed.

Neca house is highly recommended for trainings. I particularly believe that the property was set up for training purposes by federal government of Nigeria.I also observed that training rooms can be paid for by SMEs and individuals and also private companies.So because it is owned by government cost of rental is subsidized so individuals can afford to use.We all have equal access to the training rooms all you need is to know what purpose you need the training rooms for and it will be granted ones you apply for it.The building is situated in Ikeja adjacently opposite Fela Shrine, you might need to check it out to know if it will suit your need. I can bet you it will.

NECA House Event Centre is situated on Hakeem Balogun Street Alausa Ikeja. It has a well structured environment, a befitting conference hall, spacious hall for events and secured car park.

So we went here for an Association Annual Conference, The Hall was adequate for the event, I am not sure but we were up to 200 and the Hall was sufficient.The Air-conditioning systems worked fine too, the Projector systems and lighting were also fine.The Wheel Chair Accessibility was also okay, Ramps and Stairs side by side.♿The Car Park was an issue as there wasnt enough space for cars however the organizers were able to secure a Park which was next to the venue (Another Event Center with more car parking spaces)Another issue is with traffic to this part of town is usually heavy during peak periods.

NECA house is an office building that has can also serve as an event centre. It stands tall along central business district (CBD) road and can easily been seen from afar.It has decent working space and a neat and tidy environment. In front of the building is a huge billboard that displays MTN products and services.
