I attended the Learntor Toastmasters Club Meeting here and it was an absolute fun. It was easy to locate, the meeting room was well ventilated, AC was functional. The ambience was warm and soothing. The staff checked in on use periodically to be sure e everything was functioning as should and that we had no issues. Overall, spiffing service and great ambience.

Lovely event centre. Was there for an event yesterday. The place has an ample parking space. And the cooling system of the hall works perfectly fine. Not so big but its useable for a small gathering

Its ideal for a small - medium event. Parking space reflects the same. with a good decorator you can make it a great place to hold a reception.

As a decorator the hall structure is beautiful, setting, management and all...only issue is you cant set up overnight.

I attended a recruitment training @ ur place in 2020 and it was unfortunate that the recruitment was done by scammers and I swore never to visit chemline house again but this year I have attended 2 successive training there and they all went well.Good job keep it up.

Standard outfit, power was unstable but the facilities managers are quite responsive. If you need a place to do training or events then this is somewhere you can consider.

A decent venue for events, was there yesterday for a program and it was okay,the AC kept the hall cool through the program non stop.I just dont know how much the venue will cos but apart from that its okay.

So I checked my mail if maybe I applied for such but nothing was found, then I checked Google maps and I saw yall comment and I just knew it was a scam, to finish it up, I copied and pasted the number on truecaller and it just show spam.Lol.Thank you guys for your comments, Im not a victim for many reasons and your posts is one of them.

The so-called training and event center is a network marketing /multilevel marketing gimmick. The training is just a facade. Theyll even conduct real interviews and waste your time for about five days before youll realize whats happening and if your will is not strong youll begin to think thats what you were destined to be. Dont be deceived! Go in there if you know youre interested in selling products. They call themselves Syncrev Careers. They have no careers to offer anyone. Theyll just use unsuspecting job seekers to build their network.

This event centre is very easy to locate. It has a parking space. If youre coming for a big event here with a car, you need to come early so you can get a parking space inside the compound.

The place is accessible but AC in the hall is not sufficient for type of events being used for.

The size is ok for small events. The toilets at the back are clean. Water running. Well managed.

This facility is good for organising training and seminars. Its well equipped with seats and air conditioning. It has projectors and projector screens and also public address systems. The management is quite organised and its well located off oba akran ikeja just behind forte oil fulling Station. There are sockets to charge mobile devices and notebooks. But I think there are many more upgrades that can be done as time goes on.

Decent training environment within the heart of Ikeja. Chemline House itself is a hub for various businesses. Please make diligent enquiry before committing funds or resources. The owner of the facility was a former University Lecturer. In fact, there was an Academy here before. There is a Federal Government accredited trainer here under the Mpower/Npower programme. So before making false comments or reviews, please check the facts. I also know of a business here that offers Educational Robotics and Embedded Systems training such as Arduino, PIC, etc...
