The Ikeja GRA office of the most used pay TV company in the country. Spacious area for car parks. Usually crowdy. Canopy and seats outside for waiting customers outside. Mask requirement for everyone. Quick service except for network issues sometimes. Cash and Card payment. Exchange of decoders and repair servicing also done. Bad roads leading to the location though.
The place is serene and customer care is good.
Archaic company. Payments technology is zero. Non functional POS, no QR payments, no alternate methods of payments. Just cash.Long queues. But the staff are really trying very obviously. Thumbs up to them. You just feel for them.
Solved my dstv issue with ease
The company has no interest of the customers at heart. Customers wait for hours on end without getting attention. In most cases, they are tured away only to repeat the same ordeal the following day.It appears that the Dstv media tycoon is enjoying monopoly of the industry to the neglect of its customers.If you dont have five to ten hours of waiting, my advice is: Keep off!

They were efficient, though a little bit low on courtesy, probably cos I arrived very close to their closing time
Extremely poor customer relations. Failing to supply my subscription package days and sometimes several hours after payment is made and confirmed is treacherous. I have lost faith in DSTV

Guards should learn to treat customers equally and with dignity and that doesnt cost much. Anything to the contrary sticks out like a sore thumb.

Services are very poorly handled. And they always have network problems. One of the most unorganised ppaces i have been in my life.
They attend to customers in an organized way. You will wait for your turn and be given a number by the security personnel before they can attend to you.

These people are actually wicked.Perpetuating organised corruption by hoarding dstv decoders on promo.I called dstv customer service early in the morning and was assured that I can get the decoder at any of their head offices. I visited both the head office at Surulere and Ikeja all the way from Ojo only to be told that there are no available decoders and that the have no idea when next itll be available.But guess what?, one of them approached me to meet someone outside wearing dstv cap to sell for me. When I approached the man, he told me that the price us N18,000 against the normal N9,900.I called the customer service line again twice, and was still told that while Surulere office had about 154 decoders, that of Ikeja has over 1,554 decoders the same date (25/08/2021).All in all, I wasted my money, time and energy throughout yesterday without any possible result.Terrible experience.Tomorrow well be blaming the government while we are the chief engineers of corruption.Shame!!! 😡😡😡

The service itself was good and the security guards were helpful and polite. The queue was long though and cos of social distancing, the wait was longer but shade was provided for outside which made the wait bearable.I recommend going really early if you want to get done on time.

It was on a Sunday, there was no queue. Service was quick & excellent.
I was properly attended to and my problem was resolved. I was glad I went to their office instead of using road side DSTV outlet to fix the problem with my decoder. It took almost all of my afternoon but it was worth it.

Very poor customer service!
The wait time can be shortened for customers. Something should be done about payment with PoS. Insisting on cash payment in 2021 leaves a sour taste in the mouth. If you must insist on cash payments, then work with your bank partners to mount an ATM at your premises, so customers dont have to leave the vicinity just to withdraw cash to pay for hardware related payments.

I came to swap my Gotv decoder because it suddenly stopped, on getting here I was giving tally number 8, and was happy but was later told by the security agent that after the first 100 tally that they started from number 1 that was why I got number 8, and they were actually on number 83. My dear I had to wait for about an hour and half before it got to my turn. This pandemic is wicked
I wasnt satisfied with the way I was attended to. There was sheer wastage of time even at the entrance before you could enter into the office. Multichoice is on a mission to make more money by rendering the existing decoder obsolete thereby forcing customers to buy another unpopular decoder with less features. It was a very sad experience
