I had my Samsung phone screen fixed here and a good job was done. I felt it wasnt pricey because I got more expensive amounts from other places. The service was good. Could be better tho. They also swap and sell phones of different products.Not a bad place to get a new device, swap phones, and repair same. Id recommend it again 😊.

There are different phone outlet in the store from samsung,tecno,vivo,xiaomie and many more..They render all kinds of services pertaining to phones from sales to repairs, updating etcWhen it comes to the environment you have to be very careful especially if you are not familiar with the computer Village area in Ikeja..It a very populated environment where a lot of activities are going on.

They offer after sales for Nokia and some other brands as well as sales of smartphones and accessories. Their service is good.

A nice experience with the attendants who took me round and explaining more about the product they have and what I want

This is the most annoying place I have had to go in a long time!We have the Electronic Store and the Service repair centre (Huawei, Redmi, and some other big brands), it also hosts the Customer Service and Phone Repair for Samsung in Nigeria.17th of February, 2021 was my second time of going to this centre after a very long time, over 4 years! The service I got at the time too was unpleasant and its not with the Engineers but the Customer service!First, the Customer service desk is the worst place you want to be! The Attendants are so rude and so clueless that they have no business working in Customer Care!What took me there?I had just gotten a new Samsung Phone and restored information from my two previous Samsung Smart Phones, one had a broken screen Mar 20 , the other was stolen in Jan, 21. Unfortunately, I restored everything including my passwords, I had to switch off the phone and couldnt just remember the Password from the old Samsung, so, after, several futile attempts at remembering the Password, I called the Store I got the Phone from and they said; I had to visit the Authorized Samsung Care Centre, so, they could bypass the password.My ExperienceThere were two Attendants at the desk.The first collected the phone, dropped in a UV scanner and said Go and sit down and kept attending to others. When I returned to the desk, she said; I cant see whats wrong with the phone, what did you say is wrong? I explained. One of the Engineers came out, I explained to him and he instructed her; Take it upstairs, so they can reload the OS for her.She collected the phone and said; 😒 you will have to drop the phone and come back in 3-5 days 😳😲😯😮😱😱You sure are kidding me!!! How am I buying a brand new phone and leaving it in a care centre for 3-5 days???!!!Then, she handed it back to me and said; You can take it away. Her colleague at the Desk asked me in a rather downgrading tone; You too, how did you buy a phone yesterday and forget the password?I was too shocked to give a response.While, I tried to reason with her, she raised her voice at me and gave me attitude.I got the Samsung Customer Care number on the wall and called, the Agent apologized on her behalf, asked for the centre I was and asked to redirect me to another of their centres?!! 😱You dont mean it?! So, even the Customer Care has no control over their centres. Wawu.So, I called the Phone Store, they apologized and told me they were sending a member of Staff with a Reprint of my Invoice and the member of Staff was going to get it fixed because he knew an insider at RAYA 😱😱 and the issue was such a small one I did not have to drop the phone.They met me there and in about 1 hour, I was leaving the centre with my phone in hand.If you look at the pictures below, you get an idea of what people go through. I had to get a customers phone (to take photos) who had come to wait in the Samsung section of the centre who had come to fix his REDMi phone and had a similar experience but was determined to wait.My question; Dear RAYA, why are your attendants at this location so rude?! Are they underpaid? Why should customers be terrified after spending their hard-earned money? If for every phone, not for Samsung!Why do they allow the Nigerian factor play here; its almost impossible to get anything done in corporate offices in Nigeria if you know no one!Why has the customer care service of RAYA not improved in 5 years?!I had another Samsung phone to repair, but after my experience, I did not want to have anything to do with them.Services are expensiveNo Accessibility feature, yet we all keep going here as it is the most popular Authorized Samsung Care Centre in Lagos.If there was a zero star, thats what this place would get.Did I mention that right when we were seated, One of the Customer Care attendants came in spraying an Aerosol Air freshener saying; excuse me, excuse me not minding if there were asthmatic people there?! She sprayed so much that even she almost choked on it

You may need to ask for directions at Ikeja under bridge so as not to miss the store. It is right beside Cash and Carry store.No parking space please.

Good place to get a Samsung phone

One of the authorised reseller of xiaomi product in Lagos, Nigeria. They also has the authorised service center for xiaomi mobiles.

Had to make an inquiry for a faulty watch, I couldnt get it done but it seemed like a good store, the attendants were direct, courteous and really helpful.

I visited the Samsung service center located in here...and the service was exceptional. I got my phone repaired under the warranty terms and I got it in 3-5days. Very unusual for many warranty repairs.

Went there first week in February to repair my phone, REDMI. I was told to come back 3-5 working days and get an alternate phone to use because I cant get it back that same day.The receptionist sounded so abrupt with her responses. Went back two weeks after and getting excuses of unavailable board part.Its over a month ago and Im still yet to get a feedback.I keep calling the customer care and they sounding rude and unethical is nothing to write home about.They need to do better with their customer service!UPDATE!!! I got a call from them that the phone has been fixed. Finally got my phone back.

I was here to repair my Samsung S8 broken screen.- It took them 4 working days to get it fixed. Paid (55k//no warranty)- The service centers customer care line is so bad... I was unable to place a call to them to ask whether my phone was fixed already or not- Customer service experience was okay. Overall (6/10)

Went to the Samsung experience centre there. My issue wasnt resolved. Maybe I didnt explain properly to the customer care agent or something but she was also quite abrupt in communicating with me.Covid-19 protocol not strictly enforced though it is advised you wear a mask when going there.

Finally found you guys on Google. I simply have great things to say about this phone store. I stumbled upon them in December 2019. My previous phone had been stolen at Oshodi (as is the story in Lagos, Nigeria). In anticipation of purchasing a new and better device, Id researched Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. My mind was made. I just went to Computer Village and found Raya, I thought was pronounced Rava then. The lady at the Xiaomi booth at the time attended to me so nicely, I purchased my phone and it was good. Thank you Raya for a great service. Id advise though that you employ salespeople who are more tech savvy, understand the phone/IT gimmicks and can speak the language. I entered your store once, a year later and was disappointed by the countenance of one of your salespeople. Outside that I think youre a good phone store.

Average customer service. I was made to wait for a long time before being attended to. It was when I was visibly shaken and made 8t obvious that I was not feeling well that they attended to me. The nokia phone whose battery needed a replacement still spent another week with them before any form of feedback.

Easy to locate in Ikeja. Walking in - no problem. People are always coming for issues. Manner of approach matters. If you are rude, expect rude response. So far, the customer care section ladies are friendly enough and welcoming. Hope they get my phone fixed ASAP.Edited: My Samsung phone got fixed FREE OF CHARGE! I was shocked that I have to asked two times if they actually meant. It was fixed like new just as they guaranteed. Highly recommended!!

I went to drop my phone for repairs at the centre at Kodesho street. The issue on the phone were:1) Battery was always running down on time2) Charging port and3) Phone always getting hot.The phone was repaired, which I collected. After downloading everything again on the phone, that was when I noticed that the fingerprint sensor was not working. I returned the phone back to the office without making any issues with the customer care representative who took my complaint the first time I visited. I got a call this evening and I was told that I needed to pay before the phone can be fixed. I told the lady I spoke all that happened and I wont pay for the repair. I was advised to visit the office where I dropped my phone.I dont think I should suffer or pay for someones negligence. I wont pay the money and I want my phone repaired. The thought of going to Ikeja again just to complain about the phone which wont be ready for pick up is so disheartening. As earlier stated I wont pay for someones negligence and I want my phone repaired.

This is the worst service experience Ive ever had.Im wondering how people get to rate them highly - maybe the ratings were purchased.The attendants there know nothing about customer service. They are very rude and dishonest.I gave them my phone on 30 November and they have been giving numerous excuses.My advice is to avoid them if you can.Its just a shame Samsung associates with a poor brand like Raya.
