Terrible staff with lackadaisical attitude. Especially the receptionist, got there 29/5/21 4:20pm and all she was interested was her closing time which is 6pm. They acted like they were doing me a favour I dont recommend this place

The environment is good, staffs are friendly, but it takes like 3 days before you can get some of the test results.

Terrible place for being to ever be for a business: so unprofessional, bad attitude, disgusting staff.

Though I worked here sometime in 2007, the experience now is nothing to write home about at their Ikeja branch, went in for an emergency pregnancy scan, it took them one hour to call for the scan, not like someone was being scanned, and another two hours for the result to be handed over this is after I complained to the receptionist, she found out that the people responsible for typing out the result were busy gusting away and doing nothing, the receptionist have to inform them it was an emergency.Few questions came to bear,1. Scanning machines will automatically print out result why is there own needed to be typed from a different system?2. Most of the staff are just playing with peoples lifes.3.Union diagnostic and clinical services used to be class what changed in the last eleven years.

I wonder if the mobile number indicated here works. I called the line more than 10 time to make an enquiry about a test and no one picked...am so not going there for any test.bad first time impression..
