Wow! Very efficient. They work with you on payments and honestly with something as sensitive and urgent importance as this , cheap routes are not the way to go . As soon as I sent my labs I got an answer within 3 business days .

Amazing Service from this center, accurate and efficient. Keeping to time and great location to start with. They respond quickly to inquiries. They told me 5 working days but result arrived at the 6th working day due to some holidays. I was even afraid that maybe something could go wrong with the result but at the end of the day it was really accurate. Great Job this guys are doing. My feedback to them is if for any reason something changes in terms of delay or so, they should communicate to the customer immediately. Regardless of this, everything they did was amazing

Great decision, great company!I wanted to write to show DNA Centre for Paternity Test my immense appreciation. I am 35 years oldm and this year I decided it was time for my to find out who my biological father is. I contacted DNA Centre, and they were very understanding of my needs, and the sensitivity of the situation. They were very thorough in explaining the different tests I would need to do, and what was required.It took me 3 tests, and all were done in the time frame they suggested, and since getting a positive my life has changed immensely. Both with never having to wonder where I came from, or my family history again, and by having my father in my life. I would highly recommend DNA Centre to anyone who is looking to solve this sort of mystery. I have nothing but good things to say!Thankyou!

The customer service is appalling. Test result was not sent to me despite the fact that i left my e-mail address in the form i filled before the test. I made several calls (like 6 different times in two weeks) with promises to get the result across to me but all to no avail. I was beginning to think they are scammers. Even though test results are in hard copies, it should not be a big deal to get electronic copy across to a customer that demand same. I dont see myself using the company ever again and they are not recommended. VERY POOR SERVICE
