I went to GIG logistics at Ijaiye road, Ogba to deliver a parcel and one of the staff told me they have closed for the day. I begged this staff to get the parcel from me as I am already in the office. He refused. I ordered for an uber to take me back home, while waiting for the driver, two people came to send their parcel as well and the same staff that told me they had closed, opened the door for the people to enter. Apparently in this country, it is Man know Man. That staff opened door for the people to enter probably cos he knows them while I have been there long before these human being came. As for you that staff, Im just going to ignore and not mention your name to save your job but you will reap what you sow. Thats all I can say. Terrible experience

Slow in service

Recommended by a friend for sending a parcel from Lagos to Abuja. Theres the option of delivery to the persons home address or to the GIG office for collection. Theres space for one vehicle to park in front of the building but careful not be get blocked in by someone parking on the road behind you. On my visit, there was no one to welcome me as the two reps were busy with customers so I just took a seat and waited to be called forward. Signage to take a seat or someone to welcome you would be nice. Also the office needs a coat of paint as the door leading to the back and wall around that area quite dirty. Cant fault the reps though as they were super polite. Item arrived at the designated time but they texted me rather than the recipient to notify of collection which was a bit weird. But thanks for great service

This was my second time of visiting the Ogba branch of GiG. The first was to inquire about the rates and this recent visit is to send an item to Benin City. I spent about 45 minutes been attended to. I was impressed with their quality of service but it could also be better. The AC worked. The reception was also lively. I hope to return there next week to send another item to Awka.They are efficient, thats just the summary!
