I have ordered on two separate occasions from Asos in 2020 and both came with SkyNet. So far the delivery time is fast and comes on the days they say it will be delivered. To pay for customs all I did was follow the link in the email that was sent to me from their official email and it was smooth. Their delivery guys are also okay.

Im sorry everyone else had such a bad experience with Skynet. Mine went quite smoothly. It came before the expected date and was delivered straight to my door. These guys deserve no star but Google wont give the option.If youre looking for a reliable logistics company to use for time sensitive deliveries, keep looking. Skynet is not that company. Their staff are never concerned about your packages and are satisfied with telling bold faced lies about reaching you to schedule deliveries. They have a dispatch guy named Edmond who will not call you or take calls to schedule delivery of your package. There is also an Ope at their front desk who is just as helpful as Edmond and will only give you scripted responses to your questions about your delivery.Also, they demand that you pay them for deliveries, even if you are happy to pick up yourself. This company is fraudulent! Simply put! FRAUDS!

If you have had any interaction with Skynet youll probably think I am nice giving them a 2 star rating. They get that for quick handling processDont bother expecting a hassle free experience. The customer care number on the website is never answered when you call. To get there is warr, caused by traffic, bad roads and location.When you finally get there to pick up your delivery you will have to wait (average) 20 minutes to pick up your delivery.Its a matter of managing expectations when going here.

Skynet worldwide express in Ikeja is a courier services company with some kind of edge over their pears. They are located in Ikeja that makes access to the airport an advantage for them. They tried to deliver promptly despite the challenges of system decay in the environment where they operate. They can do better than what they are doing now.

If I could give ZERO(0) Star I would.Because twice this year they never delivered my order from ASOS. First case they refused to send my invoice three weeks after receiving my order, eventually after numerous complaints, ASOS asked me to request for a refund which ASOS refunded me. The second time Skynet claimed my parcel got lost in delivery and asked me to contact ASOS for a second refund, which I did. But guess what? Skynet refused to refund my handling fee of N5,200. During that period I got a third order from ASOS, which was unprocessed for a long time, eventually when I asked for a refund of the 3rd order, ASOS reached to skynet and one nice staff of skynet by name Rose, finally assisted me to receive my order. I was asked to pay the difference between the 3rd order handling fee and the 2nd order fee that skynet refused to refund. So that settled the 3rd order and I finally got that. This entire episode spanned a period of about 4 months. So imagine the frustration I got rolling-in from skynet.

My packages were delivered a day after payment was made and the deliveryman was very friendly. I was very impressed.What was NOT impressive was the customs bill of N43000. Theres no infomation on how they calculate what youre to pay but so far from my experience, spending about 28k attracts a bill of about 5k, 38k about 6k, 79k about 12000, 129k could attract at least N21000 and 145k may come with a fee of N23000 etc. These estimates are from my personal experience and is by no means an insight on how Skynet charge customs.Calling customer care for information is not helpful and emailing is even worse.So consider these factors before placing an order with Asos.

I had a lot to say but saw reviews from others and felt it has all been said. I thought I had bad experiences with NIPOST but those were actually good times in retrospect. Package came, got no alert from them that I had a package. I track it and then had to call to find out. I had a duty service charge but these guys didnt send me my invoice till 3 weeks later. Of course I called like a million times. I even became paranoid and believed they were dodging my calls cause my package was lost or something. Really horrible experience. I AM STILL YET TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE, BTW. Waiting till Thursday. The deadline keeps shifting. ACTUAL REVIEW is NOT 1 star but negative 5.

I am giving them 4 stars because of their prompt delivery, they deliver few days after the custom duty charge have been paid, at first I was scared because of the bad reviews. I must say that skynet adds their own percentage on the custom duty fee, hence the reason why its on the high side, I have about items of £35 from other sites, and it was shipped with other courier companies, and they was no custom duty fee,but skynet would ask you pay duty fee for even £25 Asos should look for another courier company

If I could rate this company on zero stars I will gladly use it. Disgusting company with no values and zero professionalism. My items have been with them since the 21st of February and I have still not received them. I have been billed twice for customs duties (which i paid because I JUST WANT MY STUFF) and have written emails which have not been replied too and made calls but I keep being told send my tracking number and call back. I hope ASOS realize this company will make people avoid buying from their site just to avoid getting stuck with this company and their shoddy service. Oh least i forget, the pathetic attempt by the owner or whoever it is that wrote the post saying people are just leaving negative reviews, put a sock in it! My item arrived Abuja on the 6th of December, today is 18th of December. I have called Skynet several times but they didn´t pick. When the lady finally picked, she told me I haven´t paid my customs charges, I asked her how am I supposed to know the amount to pay because, Skynet never contacted me and they don´t answer calls. On Monday, the 16th the lady said she will contact their Lagos office to send me an invoice which the haven´t. Since on Monday till today, she get telling me thesame. I even asked her to confirm the amount and tell me so I can just go to their office here in Abuja and paid, but nothing. I am going to send my complain directly to ASOS now. Truthfully, I am giving such a bad review because of their customer service. Especially in their Lagos office. They are soooo rude. The ones in Abuja are better but the girl who handled the complaints line in Lagos was so rude and couldnt be bothered. Pls work on your customer service.I have also never gotten an invoice from them about my orders. I have to call to find out the custom amounts (which are usually outrageous and dont come with receipts) only to get attitude from their reps.

I had a positive service experience with Skynet for an ASOS order. I got the invoice for customs charge on 4th November, I paid on 5th November and the order was delivered to me on 7th November.However, they need to improve on resources available to contact them. I called their line several times but the call drops after the pre recorded message. Secondly, there is no transparency in terms of customs duty. They is no pricing template or guide anywhere to give customers an informed estimate of applicable duty on items ordered. It will be good to have this information prior to avoid any surprises.

Have had a very horrible experience, i never had it this bad with postal service, not even Nipost. They sent an email for custom charges for my package from ASOS which i have paid long ago and yet have not received my package and it is still saying its on hold with custom when tracked with the tracking number. i have sent them mail severally, their numbers are always busy and when it goes through they will not pick, i have even sent a message on their website. I even had to call one of their dispatch riders. its so exhausting dealing with this company.

I was double charged for my customs payment, and ended up paying N4,500 twice instead of once.Update: I found the email address of the executive director and I contacted him directly and my query was dealt with immediately by his team and his executive assistant. Paystack was contacted and my refund was credited to my account this morning. There has never been any smooth transaction with your company. The problem with this company is their very poor customer service. They never ever pick, after waiting for about a minute or more, you re asked to call back and then the call abruptly ends and it is such a vicious cylcle, always!Then I sent an email and there was no response. Your prompt responses via this medium are beyond unbelievable, if only you could emulate this in your services.
