The service is poor, the customer care service is bad, they do not respond to complains and they are always after getting paid for service they did not do.If you do COD, avoid them, they will charge you even when your client isnot available to receive the item, they expect you to pay for the delivery before they credit your account, even though you money is in their account.they customer care service is the worst of all.
