I’m disappointed at how long it took to post a simple letter. There was no queue and I was attended to quickly. However, the lady at the counter seemed to be learning on the job, and so it took her ages. There was a gentleman there who had to walk her through each step, when he should have attended to me himself. It was clear that neither the lady nor the gentleman cared about my time as a customer.

Renders DHL express services. The premises has a very limited ♿ accessible car park. The entrance is not wheel chair accessible. This is a small DHL outlet. Usually only one staff is present. I think they need more hands at this outlet to aid speedy service.Cash, Debit and credit card modes of payment are accepted here.All in all there is still room for more improvement.Thank you.

This DHL office is easy to locate in Ikeja. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Their services are also cheaper than I thought hence I was glad I tried them out. They delivered the package even earlier than they promised.
