So frustrating, my medication was sent on the 7th of this month from IJB/IKJ was meant to start taking the medication on Monday 9th, I called several been to the office 3times, they keep telling me, they havent received it yet, honestly dont know what to do Im supposed to take medication first day of my period now Im true with my period, havent received my medication till now, this is so annoying I hate you people.

I have frequently traveled using ABC transport they were good before. But now they have been careless regarding the comfort of their passengers. They delay your trip, they make you stay in their terminals overnight, the sprinter is packed full of luggages, and their sprinters I have traveled in had no functioning A/C. Im not much to leave a negative comment, but ABC transport your company no longer cares about its passengers as it used to.

ABC Transport company is like an household name when it comes to road transport in Nigeria. I love that they have a speed limit for their drivers. This has reduced to a large extent the rate of accidents involving their vehicles.Another thing I love about them is their timing. They keep to time, so if you are traveling with them, ensure you keep to the time stated on the ticket else theyll leave without you.Their vehicles are well maintained, they hardly have issues with breakdown vehicles.Well, the few things I dont like is the way some of the drivers attend to passengers, many of them dont have good customer relationship. I think they need to train and descipline thier better, especially the senior drivers. They should know that they are bosses only to their colleagues and not the passengers.Also, there is no hurrying with ABC, if you have a schedule to catch up, better leave on time so that youll not arrive late. Its better to arrive safe late, than not arriving at all.

To say that I am dissatisfied with this company is an understatement.I was charged exorbitantly for my items to be sent from kaduna to Ibadan. This took almost one week. My items arrived Ibadan and were left in the rain overnight,condeming almost half of it. To make matter worst,im still yet to receive some of it, as I was unprofessionally informed that it was sent to lag. I have been calling all the staff involved in the process.As I speak, no one has contacted me as regards tracking.Rather,when I call the put me on hold or promise to call back. I have never experienced a worse form of bad customer service. I can only imagine how many more have experienced this...
