Completely unprofessional. Their customer service is wack and incredibly outrageous. They claim their company account is bad but still go about giving that account details to customers to transfer money into. Then, they come out with several excuses as to why it is so and never refund the money. To me, it’s nothing short of an extortion! From such reputable company? Very disappointing. This should be looked into! I think whoever is in charge of the phones should be replaced or it will spoil the reputation they’ve built. And to top it all, they block their customers and didn’t refund the money that was transferred. That’s fraudulent.

Very horrible customer service. Placed an order for chicken and chips and 2 hours after Im still told they cannot confirm the order with the offer to.refund. They were very unapologetic.

Who is in charge of calls and taking orders offline in this outlet? If they are incompetent why would they accept orders and make their customers go through so much stress? After allowing a customer make payment for an order twice, called severally concerning the order and yet it didn’t get delivered. What type of outrageous act is that? So poor a service they render here

Very Very bad place to be!!KFC in Ikeja city mall is a scam and a lair!I used pos there and the attendant Blessing and Elvis told me the transaction wasn’t successful!!I had to pay the second time and when I got to my bank I was told the transaction was successful and payment was made in their account!!KFC didn’t return my money!!I paid 9200 twice!!

KFC is an awesome fast food that accommodates everyone. Families, for hangout with friends, for loved ones. The ambience is superb. And of course the prices here are really moderate and affordable. You will get to enjoy your stay here trust me. Will definitely recommend anyway anytime.

KFC is a modern and trendy fast food chain with branches all over Lagos, and other major cities of Nigeria.The KFC outlet in Ikeja City Mall is very spacious with large seating area and also outdoor seating. Service is fairly fast, especially during weekday when the place is not too crowded.The prices at KFC are not too expensive, yet not as cheap as the competition.

They get stars for the ambience, the fact that theres so much glass that gives you a wonderful view. Chicken is nice as usual and the have my favorite cup Pepsi. However, I cant get to like their fries. Theres nothing I combine it with that makes it right so I just keep away. The burger is fabulous especially when eaten with extra cheese. The service here isnt top notch. They need to work on customer relationship and theyll be just fine.

I always like coming here anytime I come to the the Ikeja mall to see a movie. They have an amazing staff, a very nice ambience and ofcourse affordable meals. They even have chairs for people probably on a date, so you get to have nice conversations with bae. They also have family sized couches that can accommodate a bunch of friends who come to chill. All in all, it is a really decent spot - after watching a movie, shopping and any other interesting thing you can just lounge, eat and relax here for a bit.

One two occasions, they did not have what I wanted (snacker with small fries/Small wings and small fries). I had to endure horrible customer service, and ask what is available. I just got flippant answers such as chicken. Then I was rushed to place an order otherwise they would serve someone else. In the end I had to get strips and XL fries. It was not enjoyable as it was cold and totally over priced. Not been back since....and I dont think I will ever go back.

I had a terrible experience here !!!i was debited twice for my meal, I paid for my meal via POS, the first time, it was approved but there was no paper in the machine so it only showed Approved but no receipt was printed. I told the clerk about it Hey, it showed approved and she replied It wasnt successful I thought to myself, maybe it happens. so i paid again after she refilled the POS machine with Paper and now it printed.Next day, I came in calm and told the clerk(Different employee) Hey, i was debited twice yesterday and id like to get a meal with it. He then refers me to the manager who is a complete douchebag. I told him about the situation and he says theres nothing he can do about it rudely TF?? In my head, I slapped him with the POS machine and walked out. But in reality I smiled and walked out. Every since then I havent had KFC and i tell everyone about this experience.
