Too long of a wait. Order said ready, it went off and no one explained what happened. So just waited and waited and waited. Eventually asked the lady that took my order again..then she went to the back to put the order together. Second time there and not the best spot. Too expensive and taste was just a taste

Trying to use the Coldstone website to order was so frustrating because there were glitches and we had to start trying several phones just to order online. This should be worked on cos its not a first with the website.

Delivery is top notch and fast, however dining in is a gamble. A whole outlet has no menu so I cant even select what I want and the toilet stinks into the restaurant.

The experience is the same regardless of the location and size. Well prepared pizzas, different flavours and spices to polish the pizza up, ice creams with as many flavours as possible and well trained and respectable staff. The experience is memorable and the urge to return and take another bite or lick is insatiable. Kudos!

Dominos has great pizza, but the quality has been diminishing as of recent, i dont usually sit and eat it there, i just grab my pizza and go.

Took my family for some ice cream.The ice cream was delicious but the decor of the place was kind of depressing.In an attempt to be covid 19 protocol compliant almost all the chairs were turned upside down to prevent people sitting down.Good ice cream. Depressing atmosphere.

I didnt like thier pizza, Egbeda branch was better.

My experience in this particular store was really bad thd customer service experiences is zero and reminded me why i stick to home delivery.Ths staff were impolite and indifferent to work. It would have been salvaged if the pizza didnt taste different.

Good ambience, However, we wanted to order a chicken barbecue and they said they didnt have any chicken at the time so we have to use suya as a substitute for chicken which meant we didnt really get so much value from the pizza option purchased.

They didnt have any of the cold stone flavours I wanted. Had to make do with chocolate devotion and it wasnt all that.

The pizza is quite bad, if you havent had a good pizza you would hate eating pizza from here but apart from that the environment is client, no wheel chair entryway only stirs

I ordered some pizza to be delivered to my home during the lockdown. First, the delivery guys phone was bad, so communicating on phone was a headache. Contact less delivery thats been advertised is deceptive marketing. Delivery guy still handed me the pizza, so theres nothing like contactless. Finally, by the time I opened the package, it was crumbled and fragmented and looked like some left over pizza.

Lovely place for a hang out. Not intimate though. Place is clean and furniture arrangement is ok. Security personnel and staffs are wonderful. Of course, ice creams and pizza are amaze balls. I gained some kg because of my frequent visits.

Still one of the best Domino branches I know. Though, I think the creamery needs better measuring standard because sometimes your cup is filled and other times its not. But the taste and variety is still unparalleled.

I was only in for a short while, but they are back to offering dine-in services. As a means of complying with COVID-19 preventive measures, they are operating at reduced capacity and encourage customers not to stay in for too long. They also require customers to wear masks and sanitize their hands before coming in.

The pizza was just there, but the shawarma was a sacrilege. They should stay away from making shawarma or get a better chef for it. And they need to decide if they want to ge covid compliance or not. I mean half of the chairs were stacked away which led to more people clustered together.

Steven of cold stone has an amazing customer service. Its not comfortable though when you a football crowd in a pizza parlor

Lovely place, very cosy but also great for families. Food comes in good time, and the deals are great: giving a lot of options. Parking outside is however not adequate. Pricing is standard.

The restaurant is nice and very compliant with Covid-19 prevention protocols, however, this is the first Dominos pizza outlet i have visited without a value for money deal.

They almost mixed up my order at Toyin Street. Then another thing, can the timing on all Domino screens be adjusted with the reality of how long it takes to get meals ready? The screen prompts you that your meal is ready but in actual fact, you still need to spend a minimum of 5-7 minutes.

POS dont usually work,For some reasons best known to the staff they usually dont want to issue a receipt for items purchased in their store, The security guys are always harassing customers for money. If you can over look all these then it is a very lovely place to go to.

Need to be better organised. Staff is trying to find out from me who came first, who came next and arguments among customers totally unnecessary if they determine how the queue should operate. The ice cream on the other hand was very good
