Terrific aesthetics like most places in Lagos. The place is easy to find and there’s a parking lot for cars. Feels customer inspired as there are writings on the walls and tables, which clearly connote the thoughts of lovers and friends who have been there. Ordering food is very easy and the menu is quite simple. Food is affordable and you get a beeper for when your order is ready. The food tastes quite alright.However, if you watch 1000 Ways to Die, we should collectively suggest they feature this place, as you could die before your food arrives. You might as well bring your own snack while you wait for your order here. Took over one hour for food to arrive. The lateness makes eating the food mundane, as your appetite might be gone already. I mean, the drinks could have at least come before the food. The restaurant is a bit loud and the lights can be a lot for sensitive eyes.

The ambience wasnt so great so you cant really take top notch pictures but it wasnt crowded so its a nice place to go on the weekend away from the crowd at the mall. Theres no table service, you have to order and pick up your food when its ready yourself and it takes almost 30 minutes for your order to get done. Their burgers and salted fries are amazing though as well as the vanilla Oreo milkshake. The taste was really great. Theres a game area but you pay extra for that . Theres also an outdoor bar if you dont want to stay indoors. It was an okay experience overall.

Waited about 40 minutes for the food but it was only warm when it arrived, especially the fries.For drinks, the milkshake I wanted (caramel) wasnt available so I got oreos.I like thick and creamy shakes. This one was just there and was the least enjoyable part of the meal for me. It was more milk than shake 😶. My sister ordered sprite, and it wasnt cold.The seating was okay but uncomfortable for eating. I had to lean over awkwardly to eat.My overall experience was good and Ill definitely love to visit again, but will have my meal to go.

Wanted to take part in the MasterCard burger 🍔 week and decided to stop by at Burg.co.First of all parking was stressful, the service was so off and it was clear that the restaurant was not ready for today at all. Wait time was all most 2 hours and after it was finally ready we ordered 2 burgers but only got one free. It was just a mess, the only consolation is that the burger was juicy & yummy.The interior is not nice at all or picturesque

It was a little hard locating Burg, in fact we drove pass the location before we had to reverse to get in. Personally, I would advise them to make it a little easier to locate by probably creating a two sided banner. They have a spacious compound good enough for parking up to 10 cars conveniently. They setting outside is quite conservative, and inside, its very artistic with lots of graffiti. Burg uniquely allows you to order to your Burgers and other things at the counter, so its like a thing to have to stand up and do. And when you are done, you are given a notification device that rings out when you order is ready. Depending on what you order, order shouldnt take more than 20 minutes to be ready. While waiting, you have a few gaming options to keep you busy... Like, Ayo (local game), Ludo, Table Tennis and some arcade games. When the notification device rings, you are expected to go and get your order. You decide to eat out or dine in. They have a restroom located somewhere at the back it the lounge. And at the lounge, theres a bar and limited amount of seats.

Their beef burgers used to be my fave, but something changed. However I had the chicken burger, and it was good enough (the chicken had no seasoning, but the burger sauce had all the flavour). The milkshake seemed watered down, however it seems okay at the price point

I always placed an order from Burg delivered to my house but I was around there today and decided to stop by. There was a group there that took up most of the space and made a lot of noise, this coupled with the loud music playing in the background made me develop a headache. They also need to service/ change their air conditioners as it was really hot.Although the burgers and lemonade were delicious, very filling and worth every penny.

The parking is adequate for few people only. So its better you take out or not stay too long or you might have to wait for a while if someone parks behind you. 😕They adhered to covid protocols on entrance.The first thing you notice is the client generated grafitti wall designs. Its very artsy and has a personal touch to it especially those by couples. ❤The sitting is varied, from the naturally lit section to the darker inner section, so you can find a preferred sitting area easily. There is a shooter arcade game station opposite the counter🕹. There is also the bar and arcade section with high chairs and a table tennis table 🏓. There are different games from ayo to ludo.You get a buzzer after placing your order so youre alerted when your order is ready 👌🏽. We had Burg OG, Burg Spice, Salt Fries, Cheese Fries, a Sprite and an Oreo-Nut(ella) Shake. The burgers were great with the Burg Spice having jalapeño pepper in it. It was great as it wasnt too spicy. The salt fries is preferred as the cheese fries had way more cheese than I could handle. Id advice you only go for it if you can handle that much melted cheese. The Oreo shake was great 👍🏼, but Id advice you skip if you are cutting down on your sugar intake. The food was great, I guess I just expected a little bit more from it.Its a nice relaxed spot you should try out.

One of my favourite burger joints that doesnt dissapoint.Ive visited upto 5 times now because the burgers and sandwiches are always so great. The buns are always soft and fluffy.The staff are equally friendly and there are so many cool places to have a nice meal and banter around with friends.This is always a top choice for me whenever I just want to chill and have a great burger

There are things I look out for:1. Quality of human interaction (call it what you like). The lady taking the order was an absolute delight, so was the lady who delivered my meal. The gentleman who pointed out the way to the loo was kind too as well as the helpful security man who helped us 🚗🚗push our car 🙂2. The timing of service: I was handed a device to notify my when my order was ready for pick up and told how to use it. I asked many questions and they answered without showing irritation.3. The car park. This was not too big and a lot more cars would have made it difficult (if you do not have a driver)4. The toilet was clean. No funny disinfectant smell. Just clean. Finish.5. I enjoyed my burger. Maybe I was hungry so anything could have tasted nice.... But I was not that hungry and I enjoyed every bite. Wish it were bigger though.6. It was reasonably priced.7. It had a welcoming ambience (be yourself kind of statement)

First of all it was difficult to locate as theres no conspicuous signpost outside for you to know this is the placeBut coming in theres the vintage outlook and the burger is to die for, the buns are so fresh it feels they were just made, the beef is soft enough like it melts in your mouthTheres a table tennis board outside for your enjoyment while you wait for your mealThe shakes were splendidAm definitely returningAnd oh theres arcade games too

The Burgers are amazing especially the Suya OG. The milkshake was nice as well. Not really a fan of having to pick up my food myself and then trash it myself when done eating. The bar outside is a nice place to hangout with friends and play games. 😊✌🏾

Started #LagosBurgerWeek and #MartiniWithFriends with a visit to the aptly named Burg. The Burg X spike edition was my choice. It was a wise decision as it was fresh, bun was soft and the pattie didnt elicit feelings of regret. Of course ingredient X is the flaming cheetos which added the needed crunch. That was the best part of it.The ambience is cheapened by the graffiti all over the place. There was a terrible smell of sewage on arrival. The price was a wow 😳 a N4,500 burger was sold for N 6,666 (lets ignore the symbolism) and I wonder if it has anything to do with the extra martini cocktail which was not worth it. The staff, though friendly, were unable to fathom why they need to know what ingredients go into their products. Anyway, Id recommended for takeaway, when the event is over and the burger is back to normal price.

Lacks visible pointers or displays, so might be quite hard to notice while driving, until you get close.If you cant use Google maps well 🙂, or youre one of those who do 100km/hr on inner roads, I hope you can reverse as fast too.Interior looks very good. Nice sitting arrangements, walls you can sign on. Good for pictures. Has a mini-arcade screen where you can play games and an outside bar for smoking.Service was quite efficient. You get a beeper when you make an order(took about 25mins to complete). Not sure how it might look during peak periods. Oh, the burgers were affordable and very nice too (note to self - avoid the Suya burger next time - I dont really like suya like that).Try to connect with other waiting customers while there too. Just make sure its not someones boo (except youre used to collecting slaps). Also, dont bore them, no one really wants to hear your life story!My longest review on Google maps. Its an okay hang out spot for friends, loud and cool. Id advice you book your order before going if you are in a hurry, the burgers were OK, but for me not value for money, Ive had much better burgers at half the price I paid and the fries.... well let me just say ,Ive had much better . Im trying hard to be really nice with this review though. I like the shakeshack feel though. Made me remember my favourite burger spot.

They have nice Burgers that I seemingly cant get enough of but poor service delivery and the staff rarely pay attention to detail.I once stated this on their Instagram page and got not feed back.For instance, If you order two different types of Burgers: Burg OG and Burg Spike, youd have to remind them repeatedly to label the packs so you can tell them apart. Despite these warnings, theres still a chance for your burgers to be sealed up without labels.Also, they decided to have the point for hand-washing within the restroom which is quite unsanitary. The Covid-19 guidelines made them install a hand wash point at the entry point.They are currently doing a remodelling of the Ikeja outlet, fingers crossed on the new design.Good burgers though and nice outdoor area at the back with a table tennis setup.

I loved the burger, freshly peeled fries and oreos milkshake.The ambience was cool, fun and relaxing.There were games like ludo, virtual shooting, snooker among many others.Service was also fast except for the chicken which took them an hour.We had finished eating and we had to wait for almost 30mins just to receive the chicken.Ill go back for more burgers but i definitely wont be ordering the chicken if Im in a hurry.

Firstly being a Food and restaurant critic means spotting everything a regular person would manage at a restaurant. And to me a good restaurant experience goes beyond the food to the right ambience, service, space and much more.This is a very unbiased review as I’ve been to Burg multiple times in the past and had a good experience (2 years back tho).From my recent experience it’s clearly NOT what it used to be.I love the idea of an artsy space but maintaining it or rather keeping it CLEAN is one of the basics.Burg was very dirty during my visit guys and I truly find that appalling for a business that sells food. I visited around 11 at or so on a public holiday so any restaurant open is willing to accept visitors. There was a disgusting chair that still irks me- I don’t know if it was mold or the chair wearing out but it was disgusting 🤢. Easy to find. Good parking space. Staff were cordial and polite. Burger took a while to come but the games available made it worthwhile. Healthy serving/perions. Milkshake was also really good. The environment was hip and really cool.

Wait time is usually 15-25 minutes. Food is always great, the cajun fries 🤤It’s always hot in there, they need to do something about their air conditioning.I feel like they could do better with hygiene. We’re in a pandemic, it’d be great if the cooks wore gloves and masks. Kinda rubbed me off the wrong way seeing them talk over the food & use bare hands. But yea, food here is always great.

First of all, they make the food WITHOUT masks. My sandwich bread was burger bread but yellow. i don’t know why the color “changed” after i took it back when they got my order wrong. 500 naira for water? okay. someone else said it was dirty and i agree. my friend’s burger was stale too. the fries were good but not worth 1500. The online menu is different, it’s from 2019. overall, don’t come here especially with friends.

Burger is AMAZING. Bread was so soft and freshly baked. And the milkshake is REAL milkshake. Also have a nice arcade room. Overall, amazing service time and good meals for affordable prices.

Okay. The hype made me come here and I must say I was disappointed.First, they were really slow in attending to people. There was only one attendant and there was so much she could do seeing that she only has two hands.The environment was hot and kind of rough. The tables weren’t cleared when people finished eating and it was a turn off, also the AC wasn’t wronging properly and this was annoyingLastly, the FOOD. We got the burgo special I guess and it was below par. The chips too weren’t all that. The only thing I enjoyed was the milkshake and we couldn’t even finish our food.All in all, I don’t think I’ll come here next time.

Currently under renovations so sadly, there is no dine-in option, but you can make an order and have it delivered to you [specific to location] or have the pick-up option.The SUYA OG is a definite recommend. Its popular on the menu for a good reason. Even though It was the only thing on the menu yesterday.

Probably the best burger joint I have been to. Not the typical exotic lounge but the food was so good, everything else seemed magical. There are games to pass the time whilst waiting for you food, and the servers are nice and interactive, too. The security and parking lot? Great. I would highly recommend to groups and individuals looking to get food worth every penny.

Very very very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I waited for an hour and half for a burger that just tasted like burger. There was no explanation for the delay, they just kept me waiting for nothing. If you value your time, dont bother visiting here.

An okay place for burger, sandwiches and fries. Vegan menu is also available. They even have 1 working arcade and you can play board games and table tennis while waiting for your food or friends.Unfortunately, Im guessing they dont have a solid contingency plan against stock outs as when my friends went there, 75% of their menu werent available. The burg.co is an interesting place with loads of fun games to try. This was my first beef patties experience just like sponge Bobs and it wasnt so bad. Now I know why Mr krabs keeps getting mi customers 😂😂😂.P.s: it aint like the regular burgers in fast foods if you think I meant I havent had any 🤪I had the double burg tho. The staff were so unfriendly and unprofessional.The supposed Oreo milkshake didn’t taste like Oreos or anything chocolaty,the burger meat was dry and lacked taste or flavor.The staff took so long to bring the food even though it is not a place with a lot of people and their beverages are overpricedA bottle of water for N500!!! That’s absurd. Won’t ever come back there again.

My order took an hour to fulfill, this is after being told it would take 15 minutes. They also didnt have a lot of the options on their menu. Deep sigh.

The Suya burger is the best burger Ive had yet.

Small intimate place. Its tucked in the corner of the property, so when driving passed youll miss it totally - no road side signage. Menu selection limited. Prices on the high side considering that you dont get much for your money. Considering that this is a burger bar, potato chips are extra as well as sauce. Excellent service. Decor is typical American edgy look to it. Seating inside is minimal if theres a crowd. Seating inside consists of wooden chairs & tables. Outside seating is available depending on weather - if it rains youve to run inside as theres no shelter from the rains. Burgers are OK - they need to work on there grilling technique thou. Would I go back? Nope, unless someone else is paying.

Burgs.co is an upscale place to eat in. The burger is is the best I have ever had in Lagos, the interior design is also captivating and beautiful.They also have a mini-backyard or Bar if you want to get a breath of fresh air.

BURG is famously known as the home of burgers, but really it should be the home of burger buns. The variety of burgers aren’t as wide as I’ve seen in other spaces such as Kols Bistro and Gifu Burgers but as for he burger bun... hmmm. Delicious! Never have I ever bitten into a burger bun that’s so fresh and tasty. They bake it fresh daily with a secret recipe... I’m sure of this. Their burger bun is no ordinary bun. The burgers chips (a bit over priced at N1500/2000 depending on the flavour you’re after but at least there’s fun games you can play whilst having your meal. And that’s quite thoughtful of the fast casual restaurant.

They have really nice burgers. I had the suya OG and it was lit! I was looking forward to their milkshake because I had heard so much about it but I was a little disappointed. I ordered the Oreo milkshake and it was more watery than expected. It was okay...just didn’t live up to the hype. Was also surprised that they don’t have any chicken burger on their menu considering the fact that they sell only burgers. Pretty interesting.
