This hostel is located off campus. It serves as living quarters for those who prefer to stay off campus. It is a walkable distance to the campus gate. The hostel is a co-ed hostel. It caters to both male and female students. It is a block of flats with 12 rooms per block. Each room has two occupants in it. It is quite spacious for room size and the fee is quite affordable for a year(between 120,000 - 150,000 naira/annum). The compound is large and there is always light as they use the light supplied by the campus. The security here is not too strict and could be better. Students are allowed to own their own means of transportation and there is space to park the cars. Although it does not have all the standard requirements for a hostel such as a reading room, tuck shop or canteen but these can be found in walkable distance to the hostel. In all, it offers the privacy needed by some individuals.
