One of the finest places to lodge guests on UI campus. The decor is nice, cool environment and located on the university. The service isnt as great as it used to be now. Still a nice place to lodge.

UI Hotel continues to maintain its vintage ambience while striving to remain relevant in a market that has long taken new directions. However, the hotel remains a safe and reassuring place to lodge. It continues to boast of efficient, polite and amiable staff members whose courteous services remains commendable.

The Hotel is located within the University of Ibadan premises.I did not like the fact that my one night stay was without HOT WATER. I couldnt locate the heater switch and all efforts to reach the Reception desk via the intercom proved abortive. Calls were not picked.I am 6ft in height, bathing in the bathtub wasnt comfy because my head was close to the ceiling. I advise that the bathtub be removed and normal floor drain system adopted.Elegant and beautiful structure, Big and spacious with lovely pockets of green fields.Comfortable bed, clean housekeeping, Customer friendly Cashier; he kept apologizing over again when I mentioned my ordeal, good ventilation.Definitely Ill back there whenever in Ibadan City of Oyo state.

The experience was normal. A very nice and serene environment. However, professionalism is quite missing because I had to request for almost everything that ought to have been in the room.

Inside the University of Ibadan. It is quite state of the art. A little above budget if you are looking out for a budget room. The cheapest room is about 12800. Constant power supply but no fun places within it.

Its value for money. I have given 4 stars even though its not a 4 star hotel. But if what you want is a place to lie and have a good night sleep in comfort, then you are welcome. Its tranquil and quiet environment helps you get away from he hustle and bustle of the city. Its also safe because of its location with the campus of the University of Ibadan.

Nice place to lodge while visiting the University or Ibadan environs.The staff are courteous and the rooms are okay for the price.I particularly liked the greens of the internal surrounding. Would have been best of the structure was situated in a bit exclusive part of the school environment. But again, I guess that was the case before urbanization and overcrowding overtook the original master plan.

Lovely hotel just like some 3 star hotels I have been to in other parts of Nigeria and Africa. Not to the standard of a 5 star hotel just yet, but has the potentials to get to that level. Hospitality is excellent, hotel staff so friendly, food is world class, and the environment so clean and serene.

My first night was horrible. I woke up to use the restroom only to find a dry tap. I could not go for my early morning jogging, as the need to shower will be more acute. One of the cleaners reluctantly got me a bucket of water at around 8.45am.Enduring the stench from the bathroom and my sweaty body was unnerving.The serving night was a bit better, as water was running and the overnight rain made up for the air-conditioning that made more noise that cold air.I went to the reception in the morning to check out and the cashier was reluctant to reimburse my deposit.I expected more from UI Hotels. I wont come back and will never recommend it.

Very warm and comfortable place, I came for the NCC computer digital training program and I cant tell you how homely I feel,there workers are very friendly and understanding, I love the level of professionalism, all in all its a good hotel to work with available budget

The room is nice with good facilities but the flight of stairs isnt something Im comfortable with cos my room is/was on the last floor.

I actually visited the conference center at the UI Hotel to make an academic presentation at the second circular Africa conference.It is a calm and cool scenery. Quiet, as expected and their meal is okay too.

The secure location of the hotel within the university campus continues to be a selling point. Hotel administration is efficient and well structured and service delivery is satisfactory. The restaurant should however be upgraded for class.

Cool environment with top notch customer care service and security.

Quiet and secure, parking space for about 20 vehicles at once. A bar and suya joint, sharwama is also available there.It has Air conditioned seminar rooms for a gathering of about 50 people.

The facilities are decent (only just). Considering that the structures are old though some level of renovation and modernisation have been done. Fittings, television and furniture are not so modern.The rooms are big and clean. The toilet and bath are just passable. The bath in the room I stayed drained too slowly.Notwithstanding, the Guest House makes up with beautiful environment and security (being in a university premises). Guest have complementary wifi service which is quite fast.Worthy of mention is that the staff are polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant are a bit pricey for the quality - N2,000 per plate.Room rates range from N12,500 to N30,000.

UI hotel is a relatively ok place you can stay if you do not mind aesthetics and want a place to just lay your head before a get out of Ibadan. The good thing about this place is it’s a safe environment with 24 hours electricity. You also may want to try the Suya and beer

Awesome!!!! UI Hotel is so great. The customer service is great, there are state of the art facilities and I got a free breakfast ticket 😁 (the food was delicious btw). The environment is just so beautiful and serene, you get a 10% discount on Friday and Saturday nights too. Honestly, its a great place to be!!!
