Okay enough for a brief night stay but bathroom not neat (though it doesnt stench) . TV small and generator only works at night to about 8am. They wash your car before you wake up for a tip of 200-500 which is really cool! And its quite secure or rather, you wont feel unsafe. No smoking 🚭 is a plus as is makes the ambience of the hotel premises free of unpleasant odour. Etc its affordable at an average of 5k per room (there are higher and lower prices )

Top one garden is hot spot around the area with lots of choice services ranging from hotel accommodations, night club, lounge, restaurant, bar and grill, a sit out, fitness center, table tennis, snooker, viewing center, mini supermarket etc. Security is good from stationed policemen. Good 👍

Most filthy place Ive ever slept in. From the entrance to the building, homeless people sleep by the door. The rooms are very dirty. The bathroom is most disgusting. Just look at pictures I took there. Believe me this place is as bad as the workers there. You cant call for anything once and they bring it. I entered this place around 12am so I couldnt go look for other place since Im not familiar with that environment. And they charged N5360 for this filthy room and stole the change.
