Its a cool place to lodge and spend time too...
Two stars because they have a manageable Reception lounge area and also a big compound that can pass for a good parking space. The rooms we were should stinks of wet walls. No proper airing of the rooms and room freshener. There wasnt any need staying and definitely not returning there anytime soon.
Room smells of cigarette. Toilet not clean. Pillows very old. Good Access road
Its cool
An old hotel but quite cozy and good food
Horrible place. Very terrible level of mediocrity exhibited by all their staff. Bathroom was not washed before and during my stay. Earthworms in the bathroom, mosquito in the room, cockroach in the fridge, bedspread was not changed before I took the room so I itched until the early hours of the next day; I still have the wounds I sustained from scratching my body. Whole experience was terribly horrible!
Clean rooms, affordable
Tied road to the location, but rough road inside the plaza
Nice environment
Place to have fun
Central location and quiet
Unkempt with terrible staffs
Not too good. Need to improve with the front desk service. TV not working and the bedcovers and pillow cases are too old.
It is a pretty old hotel but it is very neat. The hotel is well maintained, the effort of the management in keeping the hotel clean and cozy is palpable. We also had a dinner(Fresh fish, Egusi and Ogonno)in the restaurant. It was so delicious and pocket friendly. The menu was just N1800.
A 3 star hotel providing accommodation for guests and residents in need of home away from home.Fully furnished and well equipped for comfort and relaxation. The power supply is round the clock and an internet cloud is available for the hotel users.
Great
Not a bad hotel. The rooms are cheap and are in good condition. Its close to the road so all you need is within reach
It was a great experience
Plaza Park Hotel in the UI axis remains one of the best if not in fact the best in terms of the serenity of its environment, well-mannered staff and not to forget their competitive price.Kindly give PPH a trial today, I promise you will come back to thank me.
Thats where I later lodged ...the workers there are very friendly.....nice 1 ...from ibadan
Wack. D rooms are too expensive and not of good quality. The customer service is not encouraging either
Nice location and the room is very good.
Terrible facility!
Is nice experience
Its an old hotel, though I havent been in , but the environment is ok
It is good for cheap rates but beyond that nothing exciting.
Great ambience for a public park here; all green, garden in the valley, sane for now.
Ok place. Nice location.
The hotel needs serious renovation and upgrade to all its facilities. Good location though and affordable price.
Great
Very comfortable bedrooms at a very affordable price, air conditioned.
Spacious and very accommodating
Customer service was very poor. They are strictly money oriented. Very poor service. Very shabby cleanup. Mosquitoes. Why are there mosquitoes in a hotel room?
The hotel is in an accessible area in Bodija. It is safe to say that it is a budget hotel. Prices range from 5,000 Naira and above. However, their rooms are musky, the toilet seats looking like they havent been properly washed in a while. They should at least look into this and have it sorted.
Not a bad place.... Still under renovation though
Solid air conditioning. Comfy bed. Good duvets.
Is just a normal cool place to be
Constant Light, Slow Room Service, Not Very Clean Sheets but Worth The Money
A very good hotel, I enjoy asun meat, nice laundry service and friendly workers
The area is nice and suitable, paved road but the power supply is inefficient
Nice place to relax when traveling
Spacious and conducive with affordable price
Good place for rest
Good place to be
It was waooh! Youve just got to scratch the surface.
Good concept with low facility
Rooms are not standard, even though they are cheap. Their bar is somewhat okay
A hotel in the heart of cultural city
A diamond in the rough?!Cant really say what the local offerings are like but I will say that I had exceptionally low expectations of the former JKIC hotel thats now under new ownership......and boy was I taught a thing or two.Between the backup generator that ensured the air conditioning and hot water were always on, to the the recent renovations and facelift the facilities have gotten, to the security of the facility itself...a hot of visiting the iconic Premier hotel for comparison, I believe Ive found my new haunt! In addition to having a feisty outdoor bar/pub with warm and friendly patrons, the cost of rooms was exceptionally reasonable.Like I said, I found a new favorite a spot!
Nice service but they should deal with the small rats
Poor, very poor. Im not coming back.
Clean and warm area
Dirty bathroom. Mosquito infested. Rude service. Electricity on only at night.
Can be improved on
Very nice
Ama like to play around bcos that is only tin that given joy
Home away from home
Good place to be

Good choice of location for visitors. Close to the road and to the university
