The hotel was amazing. Several cosy rooms. Cant just explain the ambience. Not been in a place like this in Ibadan before. Though the stay was short, it was worth it. I truly enjoyed myself.

The hotel is worth your money. If you are not physically fit, dont stay on the last floor because theres no elevator to take you there; you will need to make use of the stairs to get there. I enjoyed my short stay there though.

Starting from the exterior, it has a very good environment and also very picturesque but the rooms are not well kept (the shower is not working and they had to replace it with a bucket without a bowl to take water. Can you imagine a hotel having a rubber foot mat in the bathroom? You have one right here. There is no provision for necessities like tissue paper, towel, and a robe.

The hotel is beautiful 😍 the rooms are very well maintained (at least the two I saw). The staff were very nice too, they were helpful especially with our luggage. I particularly liked the art they had on the walls, almost everywhere you looked theres a piece of beauty in a frame! Theres ample parking space, Wi-Fi (so they said, I didnt bother) the lobby is beautiful, has a nice first impression to it. Its budget friendly too, all in all it was a lovely time spent there.

Came to use the pool.The pool is not too bigWhich is good for those trying to learn to swim.Even children.The water wasnt too clean on the day. But thats something that can be easily fixed I believe.Not bad at allIf youre in the vicinity and youre looking for a safe swimming pool to visit. Or to teach someone, this is a good choice

Palms is a nice place really. Very welcoming environment you cant help but fall in love with. Theres a nice pool ad bar, good parking lot too and a gym in there too. Their rooms are simply incredibly comfortable and outstanding. Just check this place out soon.

Located beside the officers Mess along Ikolaba-Agodi road. Its a serene environment, and gives an advantage of easy access to central areas in Ibadan. Its a place to lodge when ever you visit Ibadan.

Its a decent hotel, Their food is good. Room service is swift and responsive. They could improve on preparing the rooms befr giving them out but their rooms are in quite decent conditions. Id recommend it for their price.

At the risk of ruining this business, there are a few things that need to be worked on.While I liked the service staff, I didnt like the rooms.While I liked the food, the interior was just a bit all over the place. If it was bleh, thatd have been preferable.Its okay for anyone who is not looking for quality or a semblance of quality and not mind paying the exact amount for better. But if you like quality or a semblance of, then you may need to look for something else.No slight to the business or anything 😞 but see what the breakfast looks like; only 2 choices. This or that.The tiny jug/kettle-looking ware houses the hot water. We get just a teabag, a sachet of peak milk, and a cup of sugar cubes.

I stayed in this hotel for a night. The water was not running. They used buckets in fetching water into rooms. The manager lied to me that the problem will be resolved with 30mins when I said I wanted to check out about 2hrs of checking in. The worst service I got from any hotel.Will not recommend this hotel for anyone. Dogs shouldnt be staying there.

Nice and cozy environment. Need more cleaning staff to meet up with peak periods, but the room is cozy and lovely. The prize is quite on the high side but there are lots to enjoy.

I have been a regular guest @ palms 77 for over years have never regretted my stay, the staff are very friendly, service ok. For me. @ mr I was also a guest the night you refer , I remember they had issues with the pumping machine that night , calls where made to each rooms ( had friends took 7 Rms ) And the manager physically came to notify us . By room of the challenge and measures in place , as you rightly stated I believe you where contacted too? The shower didnt actually run but we had water to use enough when you request. While they fix the pumping. I mean , this machines , and it could happen when you least expected. See bros I have stayed in one of best hotel in Abuja and it happened twice , twice o your choice of worlds ( place for dog ) is to the extreme sir : I believe you still stayed over , well the issue was eventually solved, as I type this I Dey palm 77 again.

Room was very comfortable, the plumbing was a bit weird (toilet had a minor issue).The food was awesome, rather quick delivery..complimentary breakfast was good too

The staff on duty was nice... But the pool area has no live in Life guard.. I think they should work on that

Regretted using it for my event. Poor maintenance culture, unfriendly staffs except very few. Smelly surrounding.Did not go inside the rooms. Good front desk service.Need more cleaning staffs, excuse of why event center was dirty is because they had a full house.Big enough parking space.

Great place to chill, they have a swimming pool, and also a VIP lounge next to it. The food is nice also (crocker fish rolled in pepper). An affordable place to go to.

I’ve not exactly gone there to spend a night. I went to the bar and pool side and from what I see, it’s an amazing place to chill. Absolutely beautiful environment as well as a small chicly bar!

The worst hotel Ive been to in a while bad service all round from having no light for hours to not having water for a whole day then lets not talk about the dirty rooms. They dont sweep their rugs at all and use dirty water to mop the floors. The sheets are dirty the towel they provide is dirty complimentary breakfast only comes when they are in a good mood otherwise nothing for you. Was meant to spend 6 weeks here but after the first week I had all these issues. If I could give no star at all thats what my rating would be.

This Hotel has a unique view from outside. The hotel would be good for romantic nights for couple. Its situated in a very calm and serene environment. Their different room types are amazing. The look and feel of the rooms is warm and homely. Theyve got beautiful backgrounds and the environment is secured.

Its a good hotel, nice food, my only issue is with their bathrooms and sometimes the smell of the rooms, they need to do a better job of maintainance. The staff are good. They can be slow but theyre good.

Though a great place for pre-wedding and wedding pictures, I lodged here for a training but I was unfortunately put in a room that was very close to the laundry. The cleaners practically woke me up with their songs. Their movements and conversations could be heard vividly in the room and I dared not open my window. I reported but there was nothing they could do, unfortunately. The rooms were taken.Their meals were great though but the experience I had with my room watered down every other thing they had to offer.

Perhaps one of the well maintained hotels in Ibadan. Everything is working well. All the amenities are intact. Each room is well furnished with modern gadgets. One of the most fascinating features of this hotel is the neatness of the environment. Security wise, the management is doing a fantastic job in ensuring that the security personnel are well equipped without intimidating the potential customers. For those who enjoyed privacy, perhaps this might be the best option. A place to be indeed.

The hotel has beautiful environment but the compound is to small. The training hall is also small for high capacity trainings or seminars, likewise the pool side too. Attended an exhibition at the hotel and my review is based on experience at the exhibition. Didnt have the chance to enter the hotel rooms.
