Poor Hotel with great staffs, rooms with no good ventilation, bulbs are bad, no shower in the washrooms, with cockroaches flying in room when it becomes dark or you switch off lights.But my cash was watched reason for 2 stars

Cosy and Clean

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Poor staff attendance,they were all very rude, didn’t attend to the room service, change sheets or attend to basic hotel requirements. Food caused chronic diarrhea, interaction with the kitchen staff to the cleaners to the receptionist and the owner of the facility was very bad.I don’t advice patronage of this facility .My experience was very far from welcoming & I never want to experience a place like this ever again.

One of the if not the very worst I have ever been in. And I have been to lots of hotels in Nigeria. From the owner (the woman) to the staff are very mannerless and uncultured. I do not recommend one bit. Avoid them by all means.

Lounge and swimming pool is okay. the beds are innerspring, which is annoying since you feel the spring as you sleep on it and also noisy. Light is also not 24/7

Muajas hotel is one of the best hotel in Ibadan and environs. They make you experience paradise service while on earth.The serene environment is second to none as the environment is ever calm and beautiful. Their rooms are well equipped with modern furniture and upholstery.Apart from the cozy rooms, they have other facilities like Swimming pool, Gym Service , laundry service, Boutique, jewelry store, spa, modern event hall, club, event field with modern toilet, large capacity parking space among others.The hotel is accessible through both airport road and alakia old Ife road Ibadan.The hotel is affordable among its counterpart of similar standard in Ibadan and environs. If I have the opportunity to visit Ibadan 100times, I will choose to sleep in Muajas Hotel and Suites in a million times.I recommend this hotel for everyone that crave for maximum hospitality experience while away home.

Bad management expecially the pool side (smoking besides the pool that doesnt have what can stop the aches if blown by breeze.

Using this hotel is the worst thing you can do to yourself in the city of Ibadan.Spent 2 nights here, it was the worst experience I have ever had in Hotel management anywhere in Nigeria.Terribly managed facilities, rude and uncultured staff, inaccessibility to location, insufficient parking space, no security personnel, no electricity during the day, Its a nightmare.Even the newly built extension is a sham. They put me in a room that doesnt seem to have been cleaned in months and that was the 5th room assigned to me in one evening. Every room has something wrong.I went to the bar for a drink, I was served with a glass cup with broken edges to pour my drink.The lack of excellence and deriliction is a case study on how not to run a hotel business anywhere in the world.
