They have a very good customer service, room size is cool but no chair and bed is not big enough. Everything in the room (Intercom, Television, Air Conditioner, Water heater) works well.Its very affordable (considering the fact that its located in Ibadan) and you can order various delicacies from the kitchen with a single call. Their meals are OK and affordable too.The security of the place is cool and theres a big standby generator which mainly comes up at night and theres a smaller generator which comes up mostly during the day but cant carry the air conditioners.

Good customer service but they need to ensure they have a chair and mirror and they also need to ensure that the place is properly clean before another customer comes in as we found a used condom under the bed.

Beautiful room. It was a bit noisy due to the party blasting behind my window. Facilities were lovely. The food was just adequate and could still be improved on. I definitely recommend it.

Arguably the best affordable hotel Ive ever been to in Ibadan. Only place that could have hotels rival its affordability and quality are hotels in Owerri(hotel capital of Nigeria). Large parking space, nice and up to date bar and good service from staff.Was really surprised at the quality of the rooms for the amount but then its in Ibadan. However, other hotels with similar price structure I visited in Ibadan didnt measure up at all. So thumbs up.
