This in my opinion ranks top of Hotels here in Ibadan. They also offer a plethora of dishes both continental and local. Staff of BWPI are quite courteous and their services are quite timely

Good location, comfortable room, however the room was stuffy and didnt smell good. Ill recommend a humidifier. I went to the hotel when it was newly opened, I dont think its properly maintained especially the bathroom. Wasnt as clean as the last time I was there. The terrace could use some cleaning as well. They have good breakfast options. All in all not bad, but they need to pay attention to details.

Its relatively new. The ambience is very welcoming. The food is good. The only thing I think they need to improve is Thur gym. It needs more modern and functional equipment.

Am a foodie, the family lunch break is a must try. The jollf rice deserves a standing ovation as subtly put by 1 of our guest at lunch.

Very lovely hotel. Loved every minute of it. We got there before check in time, the nice Receptionist was glad to check us in earlier. Ive been to a number of hotels in Ibadan, but this stands out.Their buffet options are limited but has major breakfast options and its free for 1 person but 3k for the other.

Horrible! Im sorry but this is lengthy. You see the online pictures of the hotel? Thats the only thing that fully works there. My team and I checked in and there was no porter to move our luggage to our respective rooms. We had to do that ourselves. The first room I was allocated had a broken toilet door and I asked for a room change after carrying my luggage back to the reception myself. After squeezing her face like she was doing me a favour, the front desk officer reluctantly gave me another room. Reading light, 2 of the led lights were not working. I carried my luggage in myself. Room had so many cupboards youd think it was a master bedroom, except it was just too small and cramped.Next morning, I went checking the hall we were to use in the hotel. It was appalling, nothing worked. Complained to the focal person and he said theyd get it ready. Checked again by midnight, nothing was done. By the morning of the event, nothing was ready. They didnt have enough tables, no PAS, 2 acs of 4 werent working, table clothes torn and dirty, cobwebs everywhere. We practically arranged the hall ourselves. Big rats decided to check our what their visitors were doing during in their place too. Cuisine was disgusting. You cant even get the rubbish in a mama put. All the staff were looking like we were a nusiance. We rented PAS, bought stimulants and still they didnt have enough of the rubbish food for our guests. This is the first time Ive seen a hotel restaurant that doesnt have enough breakfast. Lunch same thing, they brought it at 4pm. I just have to stop here but please NEVER go here unless youre broke. Oh I forgot, its one of the most expensive places in Ibadan, so your cant go if youre broke!

I have been there several times for international exams. But the serenity of the environment, the exquisite furniture and decorations of the rooms, and the composure of the hotel staff made the atmosphere more relaxing.

Best Western is an hotel in a very good environment. It is close to Ibadan International Secondary School.

Stayed on the 3rd floor. Overall service was above average but breakfast could be better; was semi-continental without cereals.Room and bedding was international standard but there was no room in the hotel with orthopedic bed. So all beds are soft.

I went on a Sunday with my friends to celebrate a friends birthday. They run a package on Sundays only where you get to pay 6,000 naira and eat as you want. It was unbelievable. You are to serve yourself and its a 3 course meal (appetizer, main dish and dessert) including water and juice. I enjoyed the foods and the environment. Its a nice place to visit

Poor customer service. Had lunch at their restaurant. It was dirty, flies everywhere, tables were not cleared. Staff was busy gisting at the till.Food was not quickly replaced and I had to wait 2 hrs for what I wanted to eat to come.I wont be returning

If Hotel has it all. It is located at a very secure Iyagangu government reserved area, an edifice of excellence and beauty. There is an even hall by the right at the entrance, suitable for conferences, weddings, and other events. The hotel has the best set of staff from the point of entrance to the your destination in the facility. There is swimming pool, restaurant, lounge and accommodations. Its home away from home.

Needs upgrade. Staffs used to be professional in well tailored uniform but in recent times their service is really lacking the basics to make it a three star hotel.

I will consider Best Western Plus, a 5 star hotel with its serene environment. The staff are are customer friendly. I will recommend the hotel to anyone who wish to visit Ibadan.

Excellent place, except for the restaurant staffs.

The hotel looks good but many things still needs to be sorted. I stayed in the Presidential suite on 2 separate occasions BUT I dont think the owners know what this means. Its spacious alright but many things were wrong; no water in fridge, couldnt easily locate fridge socket until we moved cabinets, room was cool foe many hours, empty fridge/cabinets/drawer etc evening we are to pay for it. They charged for drink even though we didnt drink all (no process to credit), showers kept stopping whilst soap was in eyes, look in bathroom with tiling looked cheap, telephone only in d 2 room but not the lounge so I kept going to room to call foe help or to order food, leaving my guest alone. Damages to door lock and handles, entry switch was faulty and dropping off, and light were too didnt work. Dis I mention that study light were not working in both room and at both Presidential suites on both occasions. I mentioned these and when I returned 2 weeks later, it seems the 2nd room had even worst issues. Hmmm, did I mentioned that the beds were reasonable comfortable but the restaurant staff were decent apart from not having any juices on both occasion- I meant supermarket were only a stone throw away.. Did I mention it was the Presidential suites, ofcourse I did. SHAME TBH. They want the glam and the price but not the service.

Stayed in their flagship suite. The sheets were dirty, floor was full of drink stains from previous occupiers, unsafe electrical switches hanging off the wall. We had rainwater leaking into the rooms overnight.As most things in Nigeria this hotel started well but has not been maintained. Poor management.

This place is one of the best places Ive visited in the city of Ibadan. The hotel is beautiful and located in a quiet environment. I love the pool at the entrance of the restaurant. There is gym inside the hotel too. The menu is in point with warm reception. Its not too expensive and I enjoyed every part of the meal. The restaurant is good for people that love privacy. They also serve buffet.Try this restaurant and you wont regret it
