Very cool and ambient environment. The have big dinning table sets that allows you to comfortablly have hangout with group of friends, colleagues. Food is nice, chicken is very massive 😌 and its quite affordable

The meals are superb. You need to try out the pepper soup, the boiled yam and eggs, vegetables and white rice. By the way they deliver to most places in Ibadan. The environment is also.serene if you like to dine in or lodge.

Had an overall good experience.The good: newish facility, very comfortable bed, o.k. bathroom, ample space, the 2 bedroom will accommodate 4 visitors and even more, relatively quiet environment. Courteous staff.The not so good: internet never worked during my stay, I was told that it was a one-off issue from the service provider. The kitchen in the apartment had a full service cooker and oven (not typically used by short term visitors) but did not have a microwave oven (very useful for heating food). Food from the Biobak kitchen/restaurant was o.k. but on the expensive side.Will definitely consider staying again in the future especially if visiting with the family, it is better value for multiple visitors compared to a solo visit.

This is a nice and cool restaurant located in Bodija Ibadan. They offer varieties of drinks and food. The environment is neat and their staffs are friendly. Its a nice place for family, friends and couples hangout.

It is great. Massive AC and very beautiful interior. The rooms are big. Adequate lighting. This is top notch but I was having my bath one morning when the water stop rushing from the shower. It was pathetic.The next morning water also stopped rushing. This is ridiculous but apart from that I had a nice experience.

The restaurant is neat and the food is top notch. The service is good and the food tastes like the best version of home made meals. Its better to make an order prior to going there though, so that you wont have to wait.

These are block of apartments, all rooms are en-suite with air conditioning, a hot-tub, a seating area, free toiletries and also comes with beverage making facilities and daily replenish of tea and coffee. All apartments have fitted kitchens equipped with microwave, family sized fridge-freezer, toaster, blender and kettle.The facility include a fully kitted gym, restaurant. it is a bit pricy though

Lovely soups though Im not quite sure the concept behind the display of the dishes. Id definitely go a 2nd time.

Bioraj is where I come when I need a quiet place to have a meal like home. Its neat and well accommodating. Their accommodation is of standard. The kitchen is well arranged. There is no unnecessary noise here because its for classy people though price is very affordable . Its also close to the Ibadan business school and well located in Bodija area of Ibadan, giving it more class. Their drinks are always cold. The restaurant is just cozy. I have special love for Biorak. They have changed my orientation of food place in ibadan
