Oliver’s cafe is divided into three parts; the outside which is the bar/football viewing space, inside for private meetings/work space and the lounge for drinkers/football lovers. Their yam/egg is heavenly and impossible to finish, pancakes are the best and their dodo and egg is not so bad. Oliver’s is quite cheap for their location and ambience. The English breakfast in the last frame costs just #1,200 plus #300 for a huge kettle of tea. However their services can be really slow and their staff aren’t properly trained for the job.

I dont even know where to start from• The Location isnt bad at all• Customer service wasnt bad or maybe one particular attendant was really accommodating. (Pics attached)• but the FOOD which I was told will take 20min took 47min• And the food was cold by the time it got here, and kinda tasteless to be honest, the chicken was just spicy and Burnt

Olivers Grill is one of the best hangout spot in Ibadan!! Such a relaxing place to stay and enjoy with friends! They sell different varieties of food, including but not limited to English breakfast, Chinese meals, stir-fry noodles, spring rolls, chicken and chips, coleslaw, barbeque catfish, fried plantains, sandwich, catfish and goat meat pepper soup barbeque croaker, chicken wings, suya, shawarma, beer, soda, tequila, rum, vodka and much more! They basically serve everything here. You can stay inside the restaurant, lounge or viewing area. For more privacy, I would suggest the lounge or the restaurant. They basically open at anytime. I and my friends werent required to wear masks inside. Be careful though, the waiter added more money to my bill (twice) and it was only after I calculated it myself that I noticed it.

Im really disappointed 😞. The hygiene here is poor. House flies and mosquitoes on the windows and dirty glasses. Its too embarrassing for a café. If you need a cleaning agency, you can ask. Hygiene is paramount.

Nice spot to chill at and drink. Nothing really out of the regular though. Just drinks, shisha and food. You can watch live matches too.

Its a cool calm and serene place... If you are looking for a place not to crowded and comfortable Olivers Cafe it is.

Great ambience and fairly affordable restaurant to eat at. The meal I had was pretty delicious and well cooked.I wish their menu had more put together meals and there werent so many items that were just needing additions. Like I would prefer a proper jollof rice dish with all additions already in place than having to order jollof separately then meat separately and then plantain separately. Its tiring.The chapman could have been better but then its passable.

The first thing that drew me to this place, was their pancakes 😂😂😂😂😂😂If you’ve e been following my reviews closely, I love food 😂😂 and I’m always trying out new restaurants.On my holy search for food, a friend of mine recommended Oliver’s to me and told me they had the most amazing pancakes.At first I was skeptical, but then I gave it try and my my, it’s wonderful.Very soft, and to top it up with their sausage and tea, good Lord 😂😂❤️❤️❤️You really should try out their pancakes.Then if you’re the type that likes to sit somewhere nice and relax, it’s also a great place for you.You can get cold drinks with assorted or grilled fish.It’s an entire package all in one.10/10 recommend.

Bar and restaurant. Nice place to chill and hang out. Can also be used for birthdays and other celebrations.Have an outer open space and an indoor compartment. Theres also parking space for vehicles.

Very cool ambience. My only suggestion though is if you are hungry dont go there with expectations of eating soon. The food takes a very long time to cook and be served. My colleagues and I ordered pepper soup and BBQ catfish and it took about an hr to be prepared and served so imagine if we were actually hungry, imagine how dissatisfied we would have been. However, it was all fun and games because we were just chilling.

Delicious food, friendly staff(one of the best customer service Ive received in Ibadan), wide variety of food to choose from, reasonably priced, Indoor/outdoor option. Simply put, the experience was worth every penny.

The location is superb. Not along the major express but still easy to locate. Not too loud. A good place to have a talk and enjoy a meal with friends. Will definitely visit again to try other items on the menu.

A good joint to chill located in Bodija Ibadan, a nice lounge to enjoy good drinks and well prepared dishes but local and intercontinental food. The music is not too loud, at least in a section where I was seated, also the service was great. It was not too crowded and they had spacious parking lot with reasonable security.

Perfect place to have cocktail or mocktail if you arent interested in alcohol and also want a sane environment.

Their service is definitely below average.I had their rice and curry sauce and all i can say is my taste buds were insulted.Like they need to do better and get things right.2/10 for me and I am giving them 2 because they have a nice space but the rest is just inshallah and vibes

Nice, serene environment. However I admonish anyone who sees this review to watch out. Their staff are out to get you, especially those you cannot see. The kitchen staff, whoever the dude that prepared the grilled cat/croaker fish is would sell you yesterdays fish and the waiter would do everything to convince you its todays. Even the foolish waiter named Charles tried to scam be twice, 500 and 100 on both occasions. Beware people!

So I have been going to Olivers cafe regularly since 2016. And I actually enjoy going there but yesterday 02/10 was there with my colleagues/friends.I had Singapore noodles which I enjoyed but the chicken was a tough work I hardly eat it all.Then the waiter inflated the price when he gave the bill. We sat at the regular area outside but he came with the VIP billing. It wasnt a mistake. After my friend blatantly refused to pay, he took the bill back and went to bring what he should have in the first place. I was really disappointed.

Their drinks didnt cost much and their asun is very spicy. The guy that sells pork meat only comes on Thursdays through Sundays.
