A good spot for Sunday brunch with family or a double date.The entire meun (small meun tho)are chicken dishes.The prices of the drinks are pocket friendly.The waiters are unprofessional.Overall, my experience was nice and Im sure to return.

Easily accessible, affordable drinks and snacks..had one of the small chops,it was tasty and filling...enough parking space.

I didnt understand why a regular burger and a sprinkle of chips cost N1800.Nice ambience and setup though.

Have visited this place twice, my first experience was good, but the second time, i was enable to get anything, because i came for barbecue fish which wasnt available that day, so my question is which days do you serve it,, Im not from ibadan but any time i visit ibadan i like to visit there.... Their drinks including yoghurts are overly expensive with slow and delayed service. Their attendants prefer to play on their phone rather than giving you a worthwhile customer care.

Nice scenery, has a patches if green areas and you have a view if the Old Oyo Road adjacent IITA. You can also see the IITA sports centre from a distance. Nice music. Not too loud so you can have a decent conversation without music interruptions. Decent looking folks serve the tables. You dont have to look at them too much or even stare. I mean well dressed. Covered footware for staff, no long and painted nails.

The ambience of Chicken Caos is that of farm fresh meal. The roasted chickens are tasty and the open field around the thatched roof gives a natural habitat getting.Whenever you visit Ibadan, just go through Old Oyo Road and directly issue IITA is chicken caos.
