In all my years of dealing with Union bank, Agodi branch, I have almost always had a terrible experience. From the moment I opened my account in 2003. The number of times I got sent back home by the bank in the process of opening my account, requesting for one item or another that was not on the application form was so unnecessary. It was not until my Father wrote a letter to the manager whom he knew personally that this union bank branch, finally agreed to proceed with opening my account. It was a terrible experience. I often wonder how long the process would have taken me if my father did not know the manager personally. Anyone should be able to walk off the street into a bank, fill out the forms, bring all the requirements as stated on the form and service should be rendered to the customer.Fast forward to 17 December 2020, In preparation for Christmas, I needed to transfer some money using Union banking online but could not remember any of my login details. Today is January 14th, and I still have not received all I need from Union bank to log into my account. I feel very mistreated and disregarded by Union bank. My last interaction with Union bank was on January 6, with Oluwatosin Dare, from the Agodi branch pleading for more help, I have not heard back from Oluwatosin Dare or anyone from Union Bank. 8 days later and I havent heard back. Not to mention on January 4th receiving an email from Union Care telling me my issue was resolved. This was before anything had been done on my issue?!!This whole process has been unnecessarily long and agonizing. It simply should not take this long to get my login issue resolved. What can I do to have my issue resolved FULLY at Union Bank, Agodi branch? Ejo, e ma gba mi lowo Union bank. Is this penalty for opening an account with Union bank?

If the years theyve been around could count, union bank should be front liner.
