Slow service.Bad customer relations.Clean and tidy though.

Food orders arrive late. Internate in the rooms are fluctuating. No standing shower in room 633. Occupant bath with bucket. Guest cannot watch their favorite T. V. Channels. Meals served without fruits sometimes. Some of the receptionists are not receptive(No curtesy). Delays in picking up cloths for laundry.

Cool and serene environment. Spacious rooms and basic facilities. Staff are friendly and courteous. Occasional power outage when changing from mains to generator and otherwise. Outage can last few minutes when changing to Generator. The meal is great. I really enjoyed their pounded yam and the fishermans soup. It is rich in ingredients especially the fresh fish, prawns and periwinkle all floating in okra base. Though, it typically takes about 40minutes to get any food you ordered. The meal is served hot. So, you have to consider this and ensure you order you food before the pangs of hunger sets in.

Was outside,nothing much

As long as you stay away from the jollof or fried rice here, youre assured of an awesome meal. The fisherman soup, especially, was AMAZING. The rooms were clean and room service was prompt, although staff had a habit of tipping themselves by not remitting my change. The hotel needs to work on its heating system, to ensure that guests have a steady supply of hot water. The morning after my first night, I had to wait 30 minutes to take a bath cos the taps werent running and even when that was resolved, the hot tap only issued lukewarm water during the three days I spent in the hotel.

One of the biggest hotels in the city of Eket with lots of rooms. They have most of the facilities you need in a regular hotel such as swimming pool, business centre and halls for hire. It is located close to the coast so very fresh air and good place to sit out. Good parking space is available.

Nice place to catch fun, good food but takes a lot of time to be served. Kudos to the snacks bar they can deliver for Africa. Spacious rooms but needs to be fumigated or mosquitoes nets provided.We enjoyed our stay.

Food is great. Good rooms are few. If you are lucky enough to get the newer wing.... its really great

Eden Hotel is located on the Marina Road in Eket, its a good hotel with room for Improvement. The Improvement should be in the Areas of Power, Bath Plumbing, and Room Service. Overall, the enviroment is cool and the staffs are super friendly and always ready and willing to help.

Horrible manager....very rude and unprofessional. Lacked courtesy and should absolutely not work in the hospitality industry.In terms of utilities, the hotel is clearly a 3 star hotel by Nigerian standards.Had a pool but pool was very dirty. Seemed like water hasnt been changed in years.Food is over priced but quite tasty.You may want to carry cash as a second option after card because they dont accept wired transfers.

The hotel has two levels, depending on you budget. They receptionists are friendly, the speed of service was good. The pool side bar is great, the toilet and some electrical appliances shows lack of maintenance. It was difficult to charge your phone or laptop. You have to unplug the fridge or TV since other sockets are bad

Friendly, but power system need urgent improvement. Mattresses need attention.

The hot water heater was not working. The shower hooks was bad and I had to hold it by one hand and wash myself. The remote control was not working as such I had to manually change channel. Not good.

Its like a second home, hardly a week passes by without my family and I going there. Serene environment, neat, friendly staff, good food.
