Aesthetically pleasing hotel design with pretty comfortable rooms, located in a serene environment, away from major roads that typically could be noisy. Comes with a medium sized indoor restaurant, small indoor bar, huge elevated outdoor bar and outdoor field available for events. The quality of food and services received are not top notch and are in dire need of improvement.

It was a terrible experience right from the reception. The reception area is stuffy. They prefer cash transactions to other options of payment.There is no sound Power backup as the entire hotel is in total blackout. Everywhere is so hot. Pissing the day breaks do I can discharge and find a better place.The services is not comensurste with what the facilty lures at first sight.Services is 1 star.

The service there is too too poor, expensive price of food but rubbish service and not palatable meal. Im never going there whenever I visit Eket. They really need to work on their human relationship service and their food and price of service. Thanks

*HAD LODGED FOR 5 DAYS!!! only to be told that my room had been reserved, and that those coming to occupy will come in the evening, and i should not bother booking any other room. I was literarily told to find another hotel.*water from the AC soaked my entire room for 3 straight days, and all my complaints was not attended to.*the Towels were not chnaged for 2 DAYS STRAIGHT! and i was told it was in the drying room.*Torn bedsheets, and iron-burnt bed-covers.

Hotel is large and spacious. Clean too but lacks those little touches that makes it really stand out. It doesnt have a swimming pool but boasts an outdoor bar with large screens like a drive through a divorce and indoor bar as well

Some good place to spend the night in Eket. I think I was surprisingly impressed with the place the first time I was taken there, mainly because I wasnt expecting that much from Eket.

Front desk girl was rude cos I queried them on why they cant provide toothpaste after a night. This place is going down really quick. Its just nice cos its still new. The Wi-Fi signal couldnt connect from my room cos it was too poor for any device to pick up, and when outside the rooms area, it connects but your Gmail will only open after 15mins of load time. Super slow and useless. Worse part is, my own personal mobile data was not working in the rooms too. Terrible management, charging standard rates for sub-standard services. Clean your tiles, buy new bedsheets and towels.
