If youre in University of Calabar for a tour visit or even as a student looking to relax a bit and clear your mind on some pressing issues, just grab a bottle of drink and a pack of popcorn and head towards Abraham Ordia Stadium.Calabar, in Cross River State Nigeria has two stadium, the National Stadium and Abraham Ordia Stadium.It should be worthy of note that Nigerian Superstars players like Michael Obi, Victor Moses, Iwobi, Iheanacho had played on Abraham Ordia Stadium.

The Stadium have a sandy race track... Its not ideal for racing. football and early exercise is highly welcome. Did I forget to add the fact that open events are welcomed? All right, Feel free to host an event like match pass, inter house sport and the rest.

The main stadium inside University of Calabar, and the home stadium for unical malabites, it hosts football matches and other social events. It still needs to be worked on probably.

University of calabar stadium where sports activities are held. There is a fairly good pitch, a fairly good track, also a long jump pit. The stadium can also be used for school inter house sports, matches, training ground for teams, workout and taekwando trainings, convocation ceremony, an event center, talent and performance shows, picnic ground, crusade and other church activities. It wont take a very huge capacity.

I call it fun zone. In as much as the grasses on the pitch are sparsely distributed, playing on the field was a good experience.

The stadium is mostly used by super eagle for training and for universal sport and sports activities...Its rated as standard stadium with about 5k sitting capacity, football and racing games...

Abraham Ordia stadium is just in-between Unical Staff Quarters, Goldie small gate / Goldie market, government primary school Obufa Esuk, Unical Staff School, as well as the male and female hostel. Its in a very strategic position and almost cannot be missed whenever youre plying the road down to the staff quarters or when youre heading towards the female hostel.Sport games are played here, inter-faculty tournaments are also played here as well as other major and minor trainings.

Well it is a stadium with an okay maintaince. But with more input, it can improve standards
