Very good roads, serene environment, residential area for mostly lecturers that teach in the university and students that are given accommodation in the boys quarters. Has clean water and adequate light supply. The quarters is Divided into 2 segments (old and new quarters) each are two stories 3 bed room apartment and bungalows for professors

This Staff quarters is so beautiful, not necessarily filled with expensive houses yet they are so neat and tidy. Well maintained and with a very good Road network. Drainage system is so on point that after it rains all the water gets flushed away. With green areas, basketball court and a football field. The quarters is easily accessible to a primary school, secondary school, a Catholic Church and the office complex for the lecturers living here.

Its not comfortable as theres no electricity supply and water scarcity is prevalent

UNICAL staff residential area...Neat, tidy, moderately secure.

Unical Staff Quarters is a very quiet place to be in. With a good atmosphere but the building layout of buildings look delapitated And unrenovated.

Just mainly for staff, other than that buildings are okay
