This estate is well planned. It has low buildings (bungalows) on the right, if you are coming in from the gate, and high buildings (duplexes) on the left. It is eccentric with older buildings on the bungalow side and newer buildings on the duplex side. It has a shopping complex with 2 supermarkets, a fast food joint, barber shop, dry cleaning services, hair saloon and a tailors shop. The estate also has a specialist hospital (Vintage Medical Services) that render 24 hour services. The roads are tarred but old.

Work took me there. Its a lovely estate in Abuja for thw wealthy if I must say.The environment serene and love the check points at the gate.

This estate have been is existence for quite some time and it amazing that it is still well kept and maintained. There is a business center located just by the entrance and a couple of supermarkets within, helping the residents to get access to basic goods and services

Quite easy to locate, just long the Jabi road, Citec estate is a very large estate with good accessible roads.The environment seems call and serene owing to the trees along the road networks and the pattern of houses.Theres 24 hrs security and considerable power duration each day.

Outdoor setting with a great view overlooking Jabi lake if you just want to watch the world stroll by. I enjoyed the view better than the meal which I must say was quite affordable though. I shall return and probably make a better choice on the menu. Emmanuel gave attentive service, thank you!

A clean environment. Gives one the impression of a safe and secured facility. Serviced, but frequency of waste disposal could be improved upon. Has most social facilities within.

I love this place because of its individuality of ownership of the various duplexes. Well connected and tarred road, though some portions are wearing out already. Multiple entrance but with security concerns, most entrance are reduced to single in and out at certain hours of the day. Traffic is quit heavy during rush hours. Within are guest houses, clinics, shopping centers and access to water. Average electricity provision usual to the Nigerian reality.

Good houses, secured, it has pool, shopping mall, hospital, cafe and business centre by the gate.

I actually like Citec

The estate has trees on some of its streets with that kind of boulevard effect. Very nice to take a stroll in but not late at night due to issue of insecurity. The estate links other estates which may make it easy for crime perpetrators to get away easily. The security staff are quite friendly, respectful and well dressed at all times. Houses are somewhat old but that means bigger room sizes. Studio rooms are mostly quite small and unsuitable.

It is an estate that is well laid out. It is accessible and it is a little over 13 minutes drive to town.

For those looking for apartments in a cool serene estate in Abuja, heres a good option. Estate has security lights, security post, good electricity, tarred road and links major roads in Abuja. Estate closer to Airport and Jabi Lake Mall. Apartments have access to good water and availability of local pick up cabs. Very close to other good supermarkets like Shoprite and Next Supermarkets. One of Abujas main bus park is also a few metres away from the estate giving residents easy access to local and cheap transportation. One of the good things about the estate is that it has a bank and a 24 hour Automated Teller Machine (ATM) that is always stocked with money so that residents are never short of cash.The estate has variety of restaurants, game cafes and beauty salons. These features give residents opportunity to carry out their daily activities without necessarily going to town to shop, make their hair or do bank transactions.

Cool, peace and quite... The only issue Ive got with this estate, is that of electricity and I think its may no longer be an issue...Telecommunication is bad for MTN. But, they trying to sort things out Glo is lite...Spectranet even better...
