Its 1 of the best GRA in the state capital

The place is serene and good for team / committee work. However, it requires a good finishing on the wall, doors windows, toilets and electrical.

Gesse 1 is a street that was built during the 1999 Democratic government which later evolve to accommodate more people by the near land. Its a nice, peaceful street, full of educated youngsters. There are schools , mini market and mosques around.

Ghesse 1 is actually a lovely place,there are good restaurants and the people are nice. You can also find good primary and secondary schools there where you can just enroll your kids.

Is a Housing estate that government built for the workers, the place is so nice

Is a nice area to visit

The place is nice and I personally prefer to sleep if should travel to Birnin and want to sleep in a guest house

Fantastic area to live, clean and stands as new General Residence Area in Birnin Kebbi with little expensive rent
