Big Joe offers one of the best travel services in Benin City. Their vehicles are new and clean. Their customer service is very cordial. You can get travel tickets to major part of the country. For example, Abuja-FCT, Kaduna, etc.

The company seems okay really. There are cozy big buses but there is a rude staff in Benin office. This is not the fault of the company but staff should be checked often and evaluated.

You can get bus from here to Abuja, Ekpoma and environs.

Most drivers and staffs lack manners towards their customers. They dont also keep to time with their Abuja transit passengers

I went to big Joe motor park to bode a vehicle to Jos, was there as early as 6:30 am but could not get the first bus. Reason being that the first bus was already fully booked. The second bus eventually left the park about 9:15am for Jos. The troubling thing was lack of amenities that can engage a waiting customer neither were there comfortable sitting arrangement.
