Travel buses arrived late at terminal, and departure time was pushed forward. Great customer service when attending to customers getting a ticket but poor delivery of travel services

Theyve got good customer service, my experience with them was the same at the Iyana Ipaja and Effurun terminals. Its just so amazing getting such service from a transport line in Nigeria, given past experiences from other transport lines.I like how they limit the size of luggage passengers can travel with, this makes their busses not to be over loaded with luggage to the discomfort of other passengers - if youve got large luggage, you should transport it through their logistic company! This is such a superb arrangement, I had enough room for my legsTo think that they refunded N1, 000 to each passenger due to a change in bus is splendid. I mean, we could not complain. Some of their busses have TV for entertainment but others do not, either because they are faulty/removed.I would have easily rated them a 5 but for the fact that the AC did not function well on both Journeys (Lagos/Warri and Warri/Lag). Note there there are no passenger windows in both busses so you can imagine the heat and discomfort. The journey from Warri was worse as the AC vents where I sat did not work. Their maintenance team need to improve. Also, our departure time from Lagos was extensively delayed; the buse scheduled for 8:30 did not leave until some minutes to 10am. This affected our journey as the night met us and then boom! We had a flat tire in the dark, surrounded by bushes. This would have been avoided if we left on time at least, the flat tire would have happened during the day.Aside this, every other thing was good and very impressive, compared to some other transport lines I have used in the past. Kudos to them.

The park at Warri airport junction is the worse, I got to the park by 6 am, I paid for ticket for four sits unknown to me there was no bus, the bus was coming from port harcourt, I have waited over 5 hours... This is the worse experience I have had with a transport service

Very poor customer service and arrogant manager at warr-sapele road office. I got to their park at 5:30am to board a vehicle to Abuja. Met the place devoid of any activity. After waiting for close to 20 minutes, the manager sauntered in without even a hello. I had to go to him to ask if there was still vehicle available to Abuja, to which he succinctly answered no as if I was a pest. I left and it was sheer providence that I got vehicle to Abuja from another transporter cos I wasted time at GIGM park for nothing. I am never going there again!! That manager should be trained on proper customer service

I patronised this transport company during my first visit to Kano from Benin. It was a wonderful experience. It is worth the honour to be ranks as the most reliable transport company in Nigeria.
