As the name Stated, Vegetable Market, there is a lot of vegetable and all food items from livestock and fruits of all kinds and every other cooking ingredient. To me is more of Open supermarkets because of the way the people here are neat and keep the market and goods Clean. Just like any other market in Benin, there is Easy money withdrawal point ( POS )but this market has Bank close to it with 24/7 ATM close to it and there is a lot of cab to take you home after shopping. Trust me this my number one recommended market here in Benin city, Edo State, Nigeria 🇳🇬

Accessible via Airport Road, its a good market for veggies. As in other Nigerian markets, however, one area of concern is quality of stalls and sanitary conditions. Proper planning and management by local government authorities is crucial.

A lot of fruits and affordable too. Road isnt wide enough for such a place with a lot of cars parked by the road and causing mini traffic.

Weird little road.Mostly alcohol, soft drinks (cola,pop,soda,mixers) make up, clothing, etc sold here.At the back, of the row of shops on the right (coming from golf course or Igbins house), theres a decent vet, and a dodgy abattoir with a bunch of northeners with a pre-agreed lowest price. In the centre of all this chaos, theres mama nosa pepper rice too. Awesome rice, beans, 2 beef, pepper stew, plantain... Anything else, Maybe moi moi and turkey.

The apples I bought turned out to be bad and so couldnt use them for my smoothie. Other fruits and veggies were fine.I didnt find any bananas there though.Scrutinize your fruits and veggies very closely. And prepare to buy your bananas elsewhere

They stock a wide variety of vegetables from celery to parsley to mint to radishes e.t.c when youre looking for a place to get exotic fruits and vegetables, vegetable market is the place to go. Some items might be pricey but mostly prices are fair. The only downside is lack of an ample parking space.

This is one of the few market in Benin city where you can get all your fresh veggies and fruits. Although it was mainly a vegetable market, but today you can shop for almost anything there. From fresh meat, to clothing to hair dresser. Its an all in one market. Even banks are walking distance from this market.The only drawback is the lack of parking which causes major traffic jam during rush hours.
