There are different buses for inter state travel, its good
Basically a bus parkTo get cab or Keke as bikes dont work in beninAlso, there are various convenience stores that sell different products
The round about is good as Traffic Policemen are seen doing their job of traffic control conscientiously. However, within the Park itself, much still needs to be done to make it really recreational. It needs to be tidied up to attract holiday makers and fun seekers.
Ramat Park is the most important Motor Park in Benin City. All vehicles coming in from Auchi, Eastern Nigeria, Asaba, Agbor, Warri, Port Harcourt, Abuja and many more States all junction at Ramat Park. If you reside in Benin City and you dont know Ramat Park then you can not be classified as a Beninite.Ramat Park is a host to popular Markets, banks, filling stations, Agbor park, Onitsha park, Lagos, Abuja parks, government institutions, shopping complex and many other things.
It was at ramat park I boarded a bus Efex to lagos. Horrible experience. The service rendered by Efex executive transport is the worst. Avoid Efex...
Ramat park is located in Benin, built as a round about, aduwawa road, Benin agbor road, lucky way, ikpoba slope and several adjoining streets meet here, there is a market here
It a busy one and dey sell at a reasonable price, try it their market days are five days intervals.
Work has to be done by the government in terms of the traffic.
Nice Park not minding its too Broad to be called a Park though.
Several parks and business center can be found here, you can all get basic groceries here.
The authorities need to take tourism seriously. This park is as good as abandoned.
Easy to see all vehicles going to auchi, warri, ekpoma ,Port Harcourt
Gives you a good view of Benin City as it is close to the Ikpoba market
Its okay, just that the usual traffic jam is still playing its role on this cool evening preventing the free flow of vehicles heading towards agbor and aduwawa district
Ramat Part isnt as it was before because now, it causes a whole lot of uncontrollable traffic jams. I suggest the roundabout be removed just so to make movement smooth for the people. Thank you!
The most disorganized, and dirty park in the world.Government should make better use of that land instead of just letting a forest develop in the middle of the city.
Ramat Park one of the many popular places in Benin city. The first major place when entering Benin city (Edo state) from Delta state.Over time development has been going through on it to make it exciting as its name. Some recreational activities has occurred but I feel their is more to it.The park itself is yet to be properly utilised although some recreational activities go on once in awhile.Ramat Park is one buzy place you should take note off, but I must commend all government officers in-charge of that axis.
It is a busy and lively area in the heart of Benin City with friendly people. Be sure you will be properly guided if you are a stranger.
Ramat Park is located at Ikpoba Hill in Benin City, Edo State, its a motor park for people travelling to other cities across the state
It was rowdy and lots of vehicles.. easy for cabs to locate. So it was kinda okay.
Historical location in Benin. This park needs rejuvenation by government or through Corporate Social Responsibility from compani6.
Nice place, centre for transportation
Usually heavily congested.. With certain period of high vehicular traffic
Very dirty when its rainy, No car park but along the road. Its a good market to buy produce and product from. And crowdy as well.
Cool experience, no stress
Ramat park is a multi-purpose environment, that links to Aduwawa, to lucky way, to New Benin. Surely, it houses several stores, travel lines and business.
Things are cheap and covers large area of idea goods
This is like the second most popular place in Benin City after ring road. Things are really cheap in Ramat Park market & the Park also leads to the Eastern part of Nigeria through Asaba & the Northern part of Nigeria through Ekpoma- Auchi.
Quite a market with alot of product vsriety
Its a typical Nigerian market ... with awful smells... but if you need to get something real quick you can go there... by the way... they have market days ...a little piece of advice ... on market days try to leave your house early ... thank me later
Kinda,a little bit organized
Ramart Park is a beautiful place. It is close to Guinness in benin city. I live close to ramart Park and it is a peaceful environment.
You get quick buses travelling to Asaba/Onitcha, Auchi, Ekpoma, Esako etc
Nice pack with easy transport
Extremely busy especially on ikpoba market day
Just a casual park not so formal.
Road is clear and smooth
Traffick situation in that area is terrible.....traders trading along the roadside should move into the market...
It is more of a market place as you can buy and sell in this place (Ramat Park) although is Motor Park.
Inside the park has been overgrown with weeds
You practically will get anything you want here ranging from groceries, toiletries, provision, electronics, clothes and many services including ATM, tailoring, electricals etc. Ramat park is a peaceful place. The usual heavy traffic and bad roads are not something you would like.
Govt need to work on that area
Okay for buying some necessary shopping items
It was my very first time right inside the oregbeni market. Frankly, you can get any foodstuff of your choice at an affordable price
Is is an area that is highly densed with commercial activities.
I feel its okay
This were my current office is located for now and so far Ramat is okay
There are traffic officials who direct traffic flow here
Raw foods of different kinds are more common here. Bus terminal and parks.
It was nice!
Fair ratings in arrangements and coordinating
Noisy, not well organused, and dirty as well
Its ok..just a dirty environment though
♥️ easily located
Had an Easy Waiting to travel from Benin to Esan
It has a great market for buying foodstuff.
A nice place
Its a busy place with traffic...
This is were you got all you need
You can get anything..... foodstuffs, wears e.t.c here
Ever busy bus park in Benin.
Ramat Park is one of the most popular area in Benin City, you can travel to the East and North from Ramat Park. One of the old schools in Benin is Western Boys and its located in Ramat Park. There is Anambra supermarket aswell. Lets not forget the popular Oregbeni market.
This place is very Congested
Too much hold up or traffic in Ramat, with the traffic officers lazy about there jobs and they dont really know what to do.
Very busy area during rush hours.
You find Edo State Transport company close to the park
Lost it glory
Ramat Park is a place to be! What a memory, seeing the Western Boys/students playing on Friday morning; 5th March, 2021! If you see yourself at Ramat Park for the first time, you will definitely enjoy their foods. There is even a core Yoruba woman close to Don Ben Americanos Hotel with all the dishes you may care for. Of a truth, the environment is conducive with friendly individuals. But walk and talk circumspectly as you never can tell who may pick offense in you. Power is okay but not 100% stable. The major issue is just the streets that are not coal tarred. Cheers
Nice road network
Great spot for Nation wide travels
Traffic free lately
A deserted park... Needs rehabilitation
Very noise and busy, heavy traffic because of the market situated there
If there is half star, I will rate Ramat park half star
Needs tender carr
Suitable for boarding inter and intra state bound, commercial vehicles.
A busy place of commerce.
Best park
Neat,well organized
To access auchi,ekpoma...ramat bus terminal is the best and fast
Thinking of traveling from Benin-City to anywhere in Edo Central & Edo North Senatorial Zones, then Ramat Park would be your departure point.
Love the market experience, good prices
Too congested, hold up, and not that clean environment
Parking space is an issue
Nice environment
Used to be a very old bus stop,
Very Good
This place couldve been used for relaxation but its unfortunately left to rot. The government of Edo state should either beautify the place or lease it out to private developers
The place is unkept
Satisfactory - comfortable transport options.
Nothing much of interest. But connecting point to the east.
Its okay
