My experience was both good and bad.For the good, I like the beauty of the hotel both in and out.For the bad, the reception service was poor. Very nonchalant attitude. I also had a serious complain with my room and this was treated casually. Based on the hotel fee and hype, they performed far below my expectations.I doubt I will recommend the hotel.

An upscale facilities in the Government Reservation Area in Benin Edo state. Good for events and getaways for family relaxation. Its a bit pricey but value for money. So if you are that picky holiday merry maker with eyes for details, Randekhi is your spot if you are in Benin.

Great and serene environment their sitting spot close to the swimming pool is a very good relaxation spot and you could really have a quite time here. Their snail from the restaurant was cool! however the goat meat pepper soup was not worth the price.

2-star at most... I can do a much better cleaning job in the bathroom. The hand shower is not functional. The humming window-style AC is poorly placed at a low position. TV channel list is very limited. Thankfully, the sheets are clean and despite the general poor power grid in Benin, back-up power is okay.

Beautiful decor and beautiful rooms. They however need to improve their service. The bulb in the bathroom of the room I stayed in was faulty. I called the reception and they sent someone to check it out. The person promised to return to fix it but never came back. I called the reception again an hour later and they promised to send in someone but never did. My friend had to go to the reception to request for a towel which should have been given to us and set up in the room before we checked in. The hot water didnt work either. The hotel is beautiful but service is not up to par.

This is a 5 star luxury hotel located in GRA Benin City. It has very standard and exotic swimming pool and a grandeur ambience.The hotel cuisines are on point and highly delicious. This hotel hosts a number of dignitaries, guests and lodgers and is almost fully booked in most cases. So, if you intend lodging in the hotel, you may consider booking on reservation.The hotel is relatively affordable compared to its counterparts.The Gold Wing has its replica in a 3 star version which has been nicknamed Randekhi Silver by lodgers and visitors. Both Hotels share a long wall in between them.The hotel staff are cordial and warm.You will enjoy your stay....

Terrible reception and long waiting time at the restaurant. The staff were nonchalant and mixed up orders. The food was a 3-Star though. The restroom was an absolute Zero!

Model, classic and innovative! Is a place for few and for those who has taste for comfort. The prices are considerate and it has a 24 hours security guard. Good food for guests and a standard gym and pool for guests. I see it as one of the best in Benin.

Really Golden, big parking space, got swimming pool, gym and lots of rooms. One of the most amazing and popular hotels in Benin city

Used Randekhi Gold for an event and they were pretty ok. Had to shout a little to get things done but they came through at the end of the day. The hotel is a pretty good improvement on the former Randekhi hotel and amenities are quite standard. The rooms are also well furnished and clean

Randekhi Hotel is situated close to the Benin Airport, just about 5 minutes away from each other. The hotel is nice and cozy. The facilities are still on point. Theyve managed to maintain the same quality it had over a decade ago. I understand that this is an herculean task in the hotel industry.

Honestly, this is a lovely hotel.There is an old wing which doesnt make Randekhi look good at all but the new wing is really classy, clean, has a pool, gym, sauna, basically what makes a hotel a hotel.Not sure about the luxury per se, but for Benin, it definitely works.Been a while I was there, hope theyve maintained it.
