A cool hotel around a secured location. Its been around for a while and they have somewhat managed to keep a standard. Theres a fast food joint adjacent it and a local food joint (mama Poju) just around the corner.

I got the big room. And it was worth it. The AC is peoper cold, as it should be. There is a bath tub and there is hot water shower. TV with DSTV and you can change your own channel. Solid bed. Clean!

The room is large and comfortable and the place is being renovated so Im hoping the cracked walls will be fixed. However, the service can be better, we had no thrash bin in our room and the TV was not coming on.

Magnificent building. Its a pretty good location that it was cited. Located within the Government Reservation Area GRA you are to a large extent sure of security. Its a pretty calm place and the room are pretty good and spacious.Ill give it a four star rating just because there is room for improvement.Keep it up guys

Nice aesthetic :ends on the outside and reception. Room we were taken smelt like it hasnt been in use for months, then we ask to see another and it turned out worse! I kid you not the second one smelt like mortuary for dead rats! Couldnt even go inside but was able to have a little glimpse of the bathroom which was also not impressive. Staff at the reception has zero customer relationship but surprisingly they tend to have alot of lodgers but not me. Couldnt.

This superb event hall was designed to give the wow experience, great seats and working air conditioning, beautiful lightings, fantastic convenience, service rooms attached to the halls to provide comfort and privacy, CCTV cameras and big LED screens to make the stage visible from any part of the halls, huge parking space. The place was designed to give the wow experience. I personally had fun when I visited.

Regular Hotel, very popular. Has an event centre across the Main Hotel, not so fancy a Hotel. Location is poor along a very busy road intersection. Large parking space, lodging price is fair but expensive. I will rate a 7/10.

I discovered something about this event center yesterday, most people mistake the hotel for the event center.The builders are close but they are separated.for example, the comdinates here for Uyi grand hotel is supposed to be for the event center.The event center is still very okay for weddings and any social event. The event center is close to the hotel so its very easy to use the event center for your wedding while you book accommodation with them.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. It was a series of complaints for me from arrival. And then on a floor with supposed no smoking sign, I was almost sent packing from my room with the strong cigarette fumes that filled the air. This hotel really needs an upgrade and we should have agencies that at least check these places.We should take ourselves more seriously

I think it worth more than its rating. However, the flood encountered on Adesuwa Road was unimaginable as a journey of 3 minutes took us 2 Hours 47 minutes because we had to park the car for the water to go down.
