Not the best but of course better than many of the other hotels in Benin

The rooms are nice just that its not sound proof,I literally couldnt sleep well at night due to the noises from the other room. Friendly staffs, nice environment but always rowdy with people due to the outside bar. Average meals and please avoid noodles and fried eggs(terrible). Above all nice place.

Pearl Hilton Into Hotel and suites is one of the best in the city of Benin, I really enjoyed myself when I visited there for a business contract.The environment is very cool and conducive.

A little expensive but pocket friendly.

For a hotel as structurally big as this i expected some standard service.1st: I checked out 3 rooms, 2 deluxe and 1 standard, the 2 deluxe had terrible marijuana smell, the smell in the standard was manageable so i went with that.2nd: the standard room made me very irritated, the floor was sticky, the bathroom rug was ugly looking and dirty, the soap was septol, the smell almost made me throw up. I didnt border ordering food from their kitchen.

Serene environment. Soft chilling bar with a rooftop space with calm vibes. Not so much on ambience anyway.

Hotel is beautiful outwardly but the interior is also cool but not properly maintained. Just imagine no toilet seats and you have to be asking for towel at such outrageous price.

Happens to just drop people off the hotel. The hotel is a nice and busy place. According to a friend who has lodged there, its a place to be. I have however visited their bar and trust me, their roof top bar is exquisite

Customer service is zero!!!!! Nice facilities but terrible terrible customer service from the staff, especially the restaurant. All of them there should be fired.

Had to come back to redo my review after spending more time here and experienced the service longer... i noticed the more you have to spend, the better you are treated here, as they have a certain clientel they carter mostly too., my initial review stated the hotel was abit hidden & service was just okay even though order took abit of time. The only consolation was that food was okay.Gave a four star but i had to drop down to two, not that it matters to them...

Such a lovely place. Its big, spacious, beautiful, luxurious and located in a very cool environment.

The place is alright. The bar needs an upgrade and the male and female toilets by the event centre are in the same lobby. The only thing telling one from the other is the sign on the individual toilet doors. The toilet doesnt feel safe. Although the hotel has a big parking space which I like. However, generally I found nothing exceptional there.

My experience is unquantifiable when compared to the serene and secured environment. As for the meals, after a plate of food , you will beckon for more. The customer service is one in a million.

An average hotel I would say. Large parking space. Isolated from town. Gym is available but they only have Thread Mill and Dumbells. Funny but true. Pool is ok, outdoor bar also present by the pool side. 6/10 rating.

It was a wonderful stay at Pearl Hilton hotel.The room was airy and clean, the reception was friendly and very courteous.The meal served was hot and spicy just the way I requested it. The laundry representative was friendly.The room service staffs were professional in their conduct and service rendering, even when I was served with an expired Nescafé sachet (air got into the sachet) ,I complained and was swiftly attended to without murmuring and with lots of smiles from the staff.A large parking space. Lovely underground hall for reception and events.

Its a nice place with good management. Its got go rooms with model say facilities, in a quite environment with no much disturb and the bar is clean and music is quiet low and prices for are considerably very fair.
