It has good road for your vehicle and jogging in the morning, nice houses which is quite expensive but is worth the price. It has a sport centre and a mini garden for event, it has a mall where you can get anything you want. The estate is very safe with tight security.Once you enter the estate even at night, you know you are safe, your car is safe, etc. All the houses has water.

I shop here often !! And the have lots stores including pharmacy, a whole lot , love the restaurant at the last flow the sale good and affordable food..

It has varieties of things the price is affordable too.

The estate is a beautiful estate with lots of facilities available for recreation and relaxation such as, swimming pool, basketball court, etc. There is a health center available for medical cases. The estate also have an atm machine spot for cash withdrawal and other transactions. Unlike other estate were keke and okada disrupt free transportation, they have dedicated mini buses to convey there residents within the estate. The security in the estate is very obvious and can be felt right from the entrance of the estate.

Not a bad place but they should do better with the lighting. Trying to find where you are going to in the dark aint cool.

A good estate located at dakwo district immediately after Suncity estate, a very comfortable environment with shopping mall and schools and there is shuttle to take you from gate within the estate.

This is an organized estate with proper management. The security structure is top notch, the environment is serene and it has a general shopping mall. An ATM outlet is within the estate, a recreation center and good network of inter-estate road. In my opinion this is a good environment to raise a decent family.

This is at Sunnyvale estates and yiud most definitely get what you are looking for ...its most definitely a one stop shop to as well ....food , provisions , produce , saloon , RX, bakery which is my fave cus I get to buy steaming hot bread and confectionaries plus its a stone throw to my home so works for me I guess 😁

Sunnyvale Estate is a well organized place. It has a shopping mall, police station and a nice park for the family.

They have good stuffs, stationed just where I need them, the best place to shop in the estate (Citec).

Very nice and calm environment. The power is good, there are stores there for food stuff, provisions, drugs,restaurant etc. There is an health centre and good security.

Its was good to see a well structured estate, with relaxation places, shuttles to run inside the estate, the good road networks. They have an health Care center, malls and school in the estate.

I stayed at Sunnyvale during my Abuja holidays. It’s a great estate, well secured with security men visible enough to deter crime. The street names are foreign, mostly French and you can easily get lost because the houses are similar.

Its a beautiful and well organized estate.. it has a wonderful recreation center

The estate is after SunCity Estate along Lokogoma road.The estate has a lovely recreational park (basket ball court, badminton, lawn tennis, and table tennis) open to residents and guests. There is also a big garden where residents are allowed to host events at zero cost.Security is very tight in the estate with guards stationed at the gate and patrol guards on every street within the estate.Power supply is really stable. You can be assured of at least 20hours power supply daily.

Nice estate, but difficult to get around if you dont have a ride

A well planned residential estate with adequate security. It has an hospital, a shopping mall, ATM machines, sports area and the residents hold a monthly meeting to discuss how to further improve the standard of living in the estate.
