Its quiet, the security does well, everybody minds their business, there are no Businesses inside (officially 🌚) theres a compound you can grind stuff in, theres a place you can make hair at, there are at least two houses you can get fresh fishes from, theres a makeup artist, theres a house fellowship, theres a place you can buy water. But these are all unofficial as they are residences. The second gate is locked by 8pm. There is a plaza located almost opposite that second gate and just outside the first gate, a mini local market where you can purchase almost any other item. The average rent for a bq here is 700k, the average cost of purchasing a house here (the bungalows) is 50 million. It is a good enough environment to settle down in.
